Me and my family really enjoyed ourselves staying at your guys's Hotel it was awesome to be there great location friendly staff cleanliness the staff there was great helped us with everything gave us extra blankets TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Affordable but that is it

Good location. Close to downtown and midtown area which many people are visiting when they are in Reno, NV. Affordable price for staying. However, that is it. The hotel is old and I think they need to do some renovation especially on the outside part of the property. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great staff. VERY simple to check in and easy. No contact clean barriers between staff and I. Clean pens... Parking and elevator area super clean. Mask are in affect at all times while on property common areas. Nice rooms for the price. Clean kitchen and restroom... TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Short getaway

Small room, small shower, can smell and hear next room. Location was good, walking distance to river walk and some casinos. The pool looked clean. One working elevator and parking available on site. Staff was friendly. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Most wonderful and professional staff. We found a getaway place every time we go to nevada. We were received with very up most respect and the staff was very friendly they made sure we were welcomed and had everything ready when we arrived. We found a jume away from home! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
