Absolutely abysmal customer service from the desk manager Kevin. I spend thousands of dollars each year staying at this Hotel . Last night around 10 pm the kitchen sink and one toilet was backing up and the dishwasher was leaking causing a great deal of issues to deal with. No maintenance manager was available so I was handed a plunger to fix the three issues myself late at night. Three Children are now awake due to the noise and commotion . So at $250 dollars a night which isn't cheap I'm offered no refund and I'd fixed plumbing issues in the end at around midnight. I'm absolutely incensed at the terrible customer service from a regular customer and now this Hotel will lose thousands of dollars a year as I'll never book with them again all for the sake of not refunding me a nights stay. Kevin's apologies were not sincere and he does not care about regular customers. He actually said the plumbing issues didn't warrant a refund. What an absolute joke.. I didn't come to stay in a $250 a night hotel to fix plumbing issues. I was eventually offered another suite but moving 3 children at 11pm ish at night wasn't practical. Large clean rooms, very central

I was on a series of meetings in Ottawa and this was the hotel booked by my company. Rooms were really large and comfortable. I had a nice one bedroom place with a fitted kitchen and a laundromat. Though the amenities were quite dated except for the flat screen TV, it still offers the comfort of a home. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Another wonderful stay

I have written reviews before - but I stayed again and it was wonderful. Great price and terrific location. On a recent trip, I stayed at a different Suite Hotel (booked through my companion's company). Though it was a lovely hotel, it did not have laundry in the suite and the location was not as convenient for walking in the market, along the Canal and many nearby restaurants. Fabulous location

Excellent suite for the money. Had a laundry room and fully stocked kitchen. Short walk to UOttawa, market , canal and the Rideau Center. We were in Ottawa for a tour of UOttawa and couldn’t have asked for a better location. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Weekend Getaway

Hotel is great location close to the heart of the City. Enjoyed the view from the hotel balcony and having all the amenities ie. stove, fridge dishwasher made for an enjoyable weekend. Pool was great too. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
