It can be pricey to stay here

In 24 hours at the Loews Regency New York Hotel, you could pamper yourself with a stylish new haircut or indulge your taste buds with cuisine served at the hotel's flagship restaurant. And after you've perused the racks of the nearby venerable department stores peppering Manhattan's Upper East Side, you can retreat to your well-appointed accommodations, featuring complimentary Wi-Fi, electric window shades and Frette bathrobes and linens. Recent travelers were particularly impressed with the comfortable rooms, impeccable customer service and convenient location on Park Avenue. Although, some lamented the pricey rates. Another perk of staying here: Thanks to the hotel's Loews ties, guests participating in the company's rewards program may accrue extra freebies, such as complimentary room upgrades.

Sant Ambroeus Coffee Bar, a northern Italian coffee shop, is co-located with the hotel.
