Great value for the money

My family and I stayed at the Luxor. The rooms in the tower were nice, large soaking tubs and nice large vanities. My sister and her family stayed in the pyramid and the rooms smelled of mildew and they had no views. If you stay there, ask for a room in one of the towers; the tower rooms are nicer. The food at the Pyramid restaurant on site was really good and a good value. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Less than what was expected

My daughter was on the reservation and arrived earlier than me yet was not allowed access into the roon until 4 hours later when a new staff member arrived and let her in. Also bathroom shower door framework was rotted and fungus around the bath tub TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Great mini vacation

This hotel and staff were amazing I didn’t have any problems at all. The staff were amazing I loved that my room had a bathtub and a shower separate from each other. The view was amazing as well. I would definitely come back to this hotel TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

The room they gave me was far , very far from where the actual casino was and where I parked. They also need to tell you prior to your arrival that whatever amount they gave you to eat , has to be used before you check out or you loose it TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Bad customer services/elevator not working/ room gross

Agent didn’t change our room because we did reservation with Expedia - elevator not working - the walk to our room super long Bad customer service - I do not recommend this Hotel - because they don’t work with customer to get thinks I’m better situation TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
