Our stay at this property was comically and tragically unsatisfactory. On arrival, we were berated by the desk clerk, who complained we made him stay up too late to let us in after he confirmed guaranteed late arrival and hour before. Turned out that was the last time we saw him, as no staff actually worked on the premises. If you wanted to contact management, you had to call a hand-written number taped to the door of the office. In the first room we had, there was bush- league mediocrity: rotten food in fridge, lights that didn't work, crunchy weird carpet, etc. The following morning, the door lock broke and my colleague and I were locked out of the room for several hours. The remote staff member suggested we try to break into and climb in a bathroom window. That request proved impossible to comply with. Since there were no actual on-premises staff, the accountant eventually showed up with her baby in arms and eventually figured out the battery in the lock had failed. I had long since left the premises myself without my colleague, who had to Uber to the event we were working at to the tune of $50. The evening of the second day, they moved our room because they were unsure the door and lock would still work. In that room, there was pet food on floor, black mold in the shower, broken light fixtures, etc. No satisfaction from the management, who were rarely on the premises. Staff at nearby establishment told us, "the only way that place stays in business is from the drug dealers that actually live there.” We left a day early, but were charged full price in advance. This hotel put us in harm’s way with resident drug dealers living there. Tried to complain with hotels. com. Hotels.com offered us a whopping $150 voucher for this experience but no more. They were not helpful. First they denied that we could email to complain but in the end the supervisor Mark Ramirez from the call center surrendered only firstname.lastname@example.org (this turns out to be a bad email address). So as of this writing, that’s where it’s at. We feel this is inadequate compensation for our inconvenience and requested a larger refund. Hotels.com shouldn't have this venue on their site. We spent 4 nights there last night being the final night. When we arrived the outside trash cans were overflowing, and they were never emptied in the 4 days we were there. We received no maid service in 4 days. There was black mold growing in the bathroom on the walls. The office had the open sign on but there was never anyone there in 4 days. Only a sign left on the door saying to call a phone number to contact them. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
No one to check me in at all!

Odd tale, somewhat long. I arrived at 630 pm--not an odd time at all. There was a phone number posted to call, the man who answered said he wasn't on desk, someone else was, could I go to her room and get her? No one answered at the room, and after 25 minutes, I still had not seen an employee. I finally grabbed some woman and she happened to be associated with the motel, though not a great speaker of English, so she had to speak to me through the guy on the phone. She got me a room, and when we went to look at it, there was someone sleeping in it already! So she got me another room, and there was still food in the fridge. I got a couple of "I'm sorry"s, but I think I should have gotten a discount for waiting for 35 minutes before getting into my room. The room itself was ok--nothing fancy, somewhat old a/c, and the bathroom shower head area needed repair. They do not provide coffee or breakfast or anything. Also, whatever they tell you, THERE IS NO WIFI TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Noisy, needs work

Too close to the main road, noisy all night from traffic. Typical old style motel. Rooms are fairly large but the furniture seemed very used. Stain on the couch, hair on shower wall. WiFi non-existent and the cable was limited. Bed was comfortable though. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

M Star visit in June. Stayed here for two nights. Room was clean, comfortable with microwave, fridge and cable TV. Jody (housekeeping) went the extra mile to help me clean off my car and get a light bulb. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
