Overview

Free Wi-Fi access throughout hotel, including the rooms
Some reviewers complained of loud late-night noise from on-site entertainment

This adults-only, all-inclusive resort in the Hotel Zone appeals to travelers who don't want to leave their hotel to enjoy the Cancun nightlife. Self-described as the "world's biggest party hotel," Melody Maker Cancun hosts weekly concerts and pool and beach parties, as well as celebrity guest DJs like Paris Hilton and Steve Aoki. When guests need a break from the revelry, they can retreat to the gym (open 24 hours) or the on-site spa, which features chocolatherapy, lymphatic drainage and anti-stress massages, among other treatments. Meanwhile, on-site cuisine ranges from a buffet-style restaurant with fresh seafood and ceviche to a fine dining Mexican eatery with nightly entertainment. Though lodgers were generally pleased with the hotel's cuisine, they offered some critical comments for the accommodations, which reviewers say let in noise from the on-site entertainment. Rooms are outfitted with 50-inch smart TVs, complimentary Wi-Fi access, 24/7 room service and purified water. Upgrade to a suite or villa for access to your own balcony. Along with the rooms, past guests were also disappointed with all the extra charges travelers are expected to pay, despite the property's status as an all-inclusive. Customer service was also uneven, according to reviewers.
