Was staying in room 1116. Departed on Monday, 9/7 and returned back to cleveland same day and unpacked to realize had left a tablet in my room. called that day, and was informed 24 hours till housekeeping could go in room to check, so left my name and phone number. i waited 48 hours to hear back, didn't hear anything, so called again, and they said someone would call me back that day. waited another 24 hours, still didnt hear anything, so called again. finally someone connected me to security, who told me they found it in the room and what would i like done with it. i told them i will send a family member to pick up. the security people told me, in a very rude tone, that if they didnt come to get it in 24 hours, they would hold it until i took a trip there to pick it up. overall, not a good experience. While I'm thrilled that the casino has reopened, I wish that getting into the gaming area wasn't such a long walk. I'm aware that social distancing is required and we all have to make sacrifices but there has got to be a way to direct people's movement that doesn't require the long way around. Using the parking garage requires you to enter on one end then when you exit the casino you're directed to the other end of the parking structure. A very long walk for a large percentage of your clientele. I've always used the valet for a reason. Unfortunately my visits are going to be less frequent because of access. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

My stay was very entertaining and I had a very pleasant experience staying at your hotel. If I have the chance I would definitely stay there again. Unfortunately it was the day they closed the casinos because of COVID-19 TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Mold in shower

We found mold in the shower. Dinner was less then desirable we waited 30 minutes for our food and 10 minutes Steven big knowledge after we sat down. The casino was half shut down and no one even notified Us of that even though we called in the morning to verify that a casino would be up and running TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I am a non smoker and this place is not. While the hotel is smoke free the smell does make it all the way into the elevators. Nice rooms the staff was stand offish. Felt unimportant and unwelcome. Overall not a great experince TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
