This place has the worst slot payout I have ever experienced in my 25 years playing slots all over the United States. MGM has leased out their name and logo. Not operated by MGM. This is why the machines are set so horrible. Blackjack tables set at 6:5 is a good sign to stay clear away from this jokers. LOL 😆 TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Surprise 60th birthday

Dec 27th, 2020

Our room was beautiful and clean. The staff especially at the front desk and valet parking were very accommodating. The view from our room was great. Everything was close by, the outlets were within walking distance. We will return just as a getaway. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Good Location, Still Off a bit

Dec 7th, 2020

This was my third trip to MGM NH in the last four months. It's the closest full Casino to my house (1.5 hours) but I usually drive longer distances to places with more options, better value. I go to a LOT of casino's, so I realize you are not always going to win and you can't say games are "loose or tight" based on a random trip here or there It' super easy to get to and a great location, lots to do in the area. Pro's - Clean Casino, No-smoking indoors, Nice Rooms, Casino Bar staff was super friendly, and it was well staffed, almost no wait at the bar. They have a wide selection of table games and slots. Parking is easy and free. Cons: $5 for a bar beer is probably average for the area but after tip I am throwing in $7.00 each, MOST casino's want you to drink a lot and my wife and I are heavy drinkers so it adds up quick. The waitstaff can be almost non-existent in certain slot sections, it's pain going to the bar every time. Super High table game limits compared to EVERY other Casino (Over 50+) I have been to. What appears to be relatively low comps. I have probably dropped $3k in there and I believe I have less than $25 comp dollars in my account. With my players card the room was advertised at a reduced rate of $129.00 the three times I checked yesterday morning. However when I try to get to the checkout it mysteriously changed to $219.00 and I never could get the reduced rate back. We called and were basically told "tough luck". I know Covid is effecting everything but the restaurant situation is terrible. We called prior to leaving home on a Sunday and were told the steakhouse and the burger joint were the only places open. We got there and gambled a while and went to the steakhouse at 6:45 PM. Surprise, it's closed on Sunday even though we were told five hours earlier it was open. There should be one restaurant open I would think that is not "food court" style. The in room showers are super cool to look at, but water pressure is abysmal as I guess they are ECO friend and save water. I can put up with low pressure but NOT running out of hot water which as happened on two of my three stays taking 6:00 AM showers. At $200 - $500 a room I would think a couple of full sized waters might me thrown in with your room (There are 2, 8 oz waters in the in room coffee kit). With two adults for 24 hours 8oz each doesn't go far for medicine, coffee, etc. Speaking of Coffee, they have a Starbucks that I have tried to go to all three stays and it has not been open at 8:00 AM? Why have a coffeeshop that is not open in the morning? I can't 100% blame the management for the condition of the parking decks as the patrons should be responsible adults and not liter but when I left this morning it look liked Woodstock happened overnight. Trash everywhere, debris, sticky substances I had to walk through, liquor bottles on the ground everywhere, pretty sure there was puke in several spots. etc. etc. Once again this more of a knock on the people to visit, to be a pretty affluent area there seems to less than affluent crowd. At the end of the day they advertise the MGM National Harbor as a "Premium Destination" I am not sure they are reaching that goal with all the issues mentioned above. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Customer service needs to improve to get me back.

The pizza station in the National Market was awful. They had an old slice of pizza and a fresh hot one from the kitchen. I asked for the fresh one. Twice. The guy argued with me and acted like he was going to give me a fresh slice. He swapped it out for the old one. Yuck. Why would they argue? Why didn't they throw out that old pizza instead of selling it at an exorbitant price? I hope they call to make it right. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
