I only spent one short night here
Aug 22nd, 2020
I only spent one short night here, but all my needs were met. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable: soft sheets, decent pillows, luxurious bathroom accommodations. I asked for a cup of hot water to make tea in my room and the waiter brought me a cup and saucer with a whole carafe of hot water, which I very much appreciated. I did not take time to explore the full breakfast offerings, but I took a mini-croissant to go, and it was fine. Maybe a little dry, but still tasty. One small downside: the walls are fairly thin, so I could hear other guests showering in their bathrooms and moving chairs across the floor, etc. All in all, I had a wonderful stay. Amazing Service-They treat Titanium Members Great!
May 17th, 2020
I have stayed her several times. Most recent was at Christmas time for over a week (I know this review is late but COVID has given me the time to finally catch up.) As a titanium member we received an amazing upgrade to a huge suite. I almost always get an upgrade (I think the only time i didn't the Goya Awards were there) I always get great service (i need to get the name of the person who checks me in --he is always so friendly) and this time i got some great help from the doorman (Dris) who provide us directions to some local spots we were looking for. Even though its outside the city--its easy to get a round. I highly recommend! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

This hotel is wonderful. I had to stay here until very unpleasant circumstances - I was trying to get home during the Covid-19 pandemic and my flight into Madrid was delayed so long that I missed my connection out of Madrid. I had to book this hotel at the last minute and desperately did not want to be in Madrid and wanted to get home. But I have to say the hotel is so lovely. In the US airport hotels are notoriously bad. But this one is beautiful. it's either brand new, or newly renovated not sure. The airport shuttle was quick and comfortable. the staff at the hotel were very nice, with perfect English. The rooms are very large, modern, clean and immaculately kept. If you find yourself needing a hotel near Madrid airport, this is the one! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Good cash rate, Good points rate. Far from city
Feb 26th, 2020
Madrid Marriott Auditorium Hotel & Conference Center is a Category 2 Marriott property located just 10 minutes away from Madrid Barajas International Airport. The hotel provides complimentary shuttle to and from the airport at set times (twice in an hour). We stayed at the hotel twice during our Europe trip, first at a cash rate (about $100 USD per night) and second time using points (12,500 Marriott Bonvoy points per night). After clearing customs and immigration at the airport, I called the hotel front desk and informed them of our arrival. We were told to stand at the hotel shuttle lane outside wait as the shuttle only arrives at the terminal twice per hour. The hotel is only a 10 minutes drive from the airport. Check-in was quick and we were informed that the minibar was complimentary (only 2 cans of soda and 2 bottled water in there anyways). Was also offered complimentary drink vouchers for 2 during each stay due to Marriott Gold status. Thumbs up: Clean well maintained property close to the airport. Good for early departures as well as late arrivals. Complimentary shuttle to and from the airport, twice in an hour. Used the shuttle a few times to get to metro stop in Terminal 2. Thumbs down: Far away from the city and all the attractions. Cab quite expensive from the hotel to the airport. milespointstravel.com TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I do not pass out 5 stars too easily. The Madrid Marriott has apparently been around a while, but they have kept the place fresh, and maintained, for the most part. I received some of the best service anywhere from the hotel staff. They were all willing to help when needed. Nothing went unattended when needed. From the bellman to the lounge staff, everyone was super professional and ready to help. Maryna in the lounge just had my group feeling like royalty. I find it hard to allow people to attend to me, but anytime she saw me rising from my seat, she would come over. Thank you Maryna, thank you Madrid Marriott staff. Even though it did not affect my review at all, I am so use to running into the lounge to grab a water, or tea to take, they do not allow that here. They do provide a mini bar with some items in the rooms, but this was the only small gripe that I had during my stay. Believe me; it is a very small gripe. I went into the lounge to grab a water, Maryna said, I will have some sent to your room. That is how small the gripe is for that. One last thing, location is a bit outside of town, but every bus headed into town takes you to Avenida de Americas train station. From there, you can access any part of the city. It was great! Again, thank you!! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
