Staff is Amazing Even During a Pandemic

Mar 30th, 2020

Magnolia was excellent to work with to schedule our wedding block, I had a great experience communicating with their team. Due to COVID-19 we were unable to use our block. The Magnolia team reached out to me immediately regarding the wedding block when there was a change. I cannot thank their team, Arielle and Kathryn enough! Even though we were not able to end up using the block, I would recommend them to my family and friends! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Nice older hotel

The staff at the Magnolia deserve double stars! Especially the valets - they were delightful and gave us great suggestions of what to do in Denver. We had never been there befre, but every staff person we spoke to made us feel like we were valued regulars. The room was small, which we expect in a city hotel, but the bathroom was huge! Good value for the price overall, but the staff made out stay quite special. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

The staff are what make this great

Mar 10th, 2020

Having recently just stayed the Magnolia hotel in Downtown Denver, I wanted to share how awesome my experience was. I was looking for a venue for a small surprise party for my mother’s 80th birthday. I called around and the Magnolia offered that I could use the Presidential Suite which has two bedrooms, a living room and kitchen. I called and talked with a few folks as the event drew closer, and everyone was so helpful. Special shout out to Hal who gave me a tour of the suite beforehand, and made sure that anything that I would need would be available. Caitlin at the front desk also was very pleasant and helpful on the day of the actual party. From the bell staff to the cleaning staff, everyone was so friendly and ready to assist. To level expectations, this is one of the oldest buildings in Denver, so the hotel can only work with what it’s got. While the rooms are spacious and well appointed, it isn’t going to be top-of-the-line luxury, but you also don’t pay for it either. The rates are very affordable for downtown and you really get a great value. Hint: if you have to rent out two rooms, check and see if the Presidential suite is available because it costs just about the same, albeit one room is very plain with a nice bathroom across a small hall in the suite, so you’ll have to do rock, paper, scissors for who gets the luxurious bedroom and bath. But the advantage is you get a nice living room and a kitchen. While the kitchen isn’t nearly as appointed as some other suites and condos, the staff is more than willing to get you whatever you might need. We will definitely recommend this place and perhaps even return for a nice stay-cation. If you’re looking to be in Downtown Denver, definitely give these guys a chance to make your stay memorable. Great spot to stay in Denver!

Feb 28th, 2020

We visited the area and stayed here 4 nights total. The staff is super friendly and helpful, from valet to front desk to housekeeping to bar staff, everyone is very nice. The hotel is clean and modern. It's a really nice hotel for the price, nothing overly fancy, but much nicer than most average hotels. This hotel was close to a lot of great restaurants, we walked almost everywhere we went, even to Union Station area and River North Arts District. Also, bonus! The hotel has a free shuttle that will take you around anywhere within a mile and a half, just need to pay a tip to the driver which was great for us to get to the train station the morning we left!
