City Life

Jun 13th, 2019

The hotel is beautiful inside with exceptional customer service. Great location for walking the city. Our room was small with a view of a dirty alley but what the roomed lacked was made up with the wonderful service. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Denver getaway

Jun 9th, 2019

My husband and I stayed at this hotel while in the city for the weekend for a swim meet. This hotel is in a great downtown location. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and the bedding was luxurious. The lobby decor was super modern and had that city feel that we enjoyed . Valet was super helpful as we did have items in the bed of our truck that we needed to keep safe. The hotel felt romantic and I would stay here again for a getaway with my husband. Great stay

Jun 1st, 2019

I booked through my Marriot rewards program so I got a great deal. First impression at check in was great. The room had the same view as the photos on the booking site, which was wonderful since I was there for a romantic weekend with my husband. The room had a charming, bedroom in a nice home vibe. The only drawbacks were that there was no clothing storage such as a dresser and the coffee maker with the- safe? - I think, were in the small closet. The bathroom was also a little small and dark but the bathtub was big and deep enough for a bubble bath for two (just for relaxing folks so don’t worry if you get this room after us). The hotel is on a street with a train stop so expect some noise during the day, which thankfully is not running at night. It’s an old building so there is some noise from other guests in the hall but it’s not ultra disturbing. My husband is so noise sensitive and he had no trouble sleeping. Side-note, we slept from about 11-8. The bed was VERY comfortable and the blackout curtains worked great. Also, the cookies in the evening are just so nice. You might think, eh, I don’t really need cookies but trust me, once they are there every evening when you come back to your room to change and maybe head back out or just call it a night, you will realize that yes, you do need those cookies. On cold evenings, they might even put out some hot apple cider. Oh, and good coffee in the mornings with rotating infused water throughout the day. Once again, so nice! Major perks about this hotel are the location- we walked or took the 16 street free bus wherever we went -and the car service the hotel offers that will drop you off within a mile and a half of the hotel, which is great, since it’s so close to cool things to do. I loved my stay here and would stay here again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Good Location

If you spending time in downtown Denver -- this is a good location. Room was small but clean and definitely bring ear plugs -- the street noise is LOUD in the mornings. I would come back - staff was very welcoming. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

A Unique Hotel with a personal touch!

May 28th, 2019

It is our first time to stay in a Magnolia Hotel -- and the first night was a disaster but they made up for it throughout the remainder of our stay. Breakfast at Harris was excellent as it provided variety and not just your typical buffet breakfast. Fast Service and Tasty food! The flexibility to be dropped off and picked up by their SUV at no charge within a 1.5 mile radius is an excellent touch! And I cannot remember the last time when we were asked a number of times (both by valet and front desk staff) on how we are doing and if we needed anything. Just Excellent Customer Service! the hotel is juts one block off from 16th street mall and everything is walkable. One just needs to be mindful that rooms facing the streets on lower floors can be noisy as it is a downtown hotel. This is a very old hotel with character that was renovated so there are some quirks here and there but nothing can replace that personal touch! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
