Cancellation notice of 48 hours required on all reservations.

Jan 9th, 2021

Stay away they do not cancel a reservation if you need to check out early, forget it. Will charge up to 2 xtra days, stealing money. Try to find a stated cancellation policy on the web site, it’s not shown. Place is a dump too. In general you should avoid Casa Grande it is crummy little town with nothing to offer but expensive Hotel rates. Stay in Chandler, AZ & make the drive. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

General Manager Commited Fraud

Mar 31st, 2020

Stayed here for work, booked through my employer, had to extend our stay and was assured by the general manager that he had already spoken to the secretary to approve the stay. The day after check out there was a charge to my card which was held for incidentals on a prior stay. He fraudulently rebooked the stay under my coworkers name using my card info they had on file from the previous stay to pay for the extended days because he couldn't reach the secretary. Not only is this fraud, and has been reported to the AZ AG's office but to choice hotels who actually informed me that the stay had been booked under a different name using my card, but completely unprofessional. Not to mention we were put in a filthy room with dirty dishes and an air conditioner which didn't function. When I tried to clear it up with him he laughed and said take it up with your employer. Enjoyed our stay

Jan 27th, 2020

Booked this room last minute & really enjoyed it. The king bed was really nice, comfy but pillows small & lumpy. It was actually a suite with hide-a-bed in living room, microwave, fridge etc. Very clean & quiet. Breakfast good. Front desk staff friendly. Only downside: when I googled this place (it was recommended by a friend who lives in Palm Park nearby) I inadvertently clicked on a reservations site that was not the hotel. It was a business who made the reservation but charged us $14.95 USD to do so. We were not aware of this until we saw the charge in our credit card! My fault but just a warning. Overall we did like it & recommended it to our friends. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Unsafe and not what it looks like on trip advisor website.

Jan 13th, 2020

We arrived from lunch to our hotel and noticed about 6 cop cars and a few on motorcycles in front of the hotel and the surrounded streets. Then, our room was dirty, we had hair on our toilet and shower. The next day we found out the hotel front desk was robbed. Then the next night, around 2 am, we are awakened by slamming doors, people crying, running in our hallways and cops walking around. It went on for about 4 hours we did not sleep as we were very terrified. Another night we told the front desk there was a guy smoking weed and drinking and yelled something at us, but we ignored him and walked in. They said " ok thanks. If you need a towel or toilet paper, you must come down to the front desk, also rooms are cleaned every three days. Our toilet ran all night at times. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I paid Alaska miles on this and was not reimbursed at all. We left the hotel and stayed somewhere else as my combat PTSD triggered really bad as I was there, felt like I had to watch my back the entire time. Also, they have no elevators. Only good thing was the gentleman at the front desk, young guy with a smile was always nice and helpful to everyone. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

A Decent Place To Stay

Jun 4th, 2019

For long term (two weeks), it was a very good place to stay. They allowed my cat, which was important, as we were waiting on our house to be finished. The bed was comfortable, and a nice little kitchenette really helped. My biggest issue was there seemed to be a lot of people staying there whose characters were questionable. My husband was solicited for money by a guest. The help and front desk acted like they’d rather be anywhere else. Breakfast was usually very good. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
