We arrived Monday for a week of business mixed with pleasure. The management company, Vacasa, gave a 4PM check-in time with automatic notification of early check-in if possible. We arrived at T1-1714 around 10:30,called Vacasa (in Oregon) to see about a place to put my things until 4PM. That boy was a passive-agressive jerk who absolutely would do not help me. I believe he said his name was Gage, but he mumbled so badly that I couldn't really understand him. He doesn't belong in customer service. I ended up disconnecting the call and contacting the property manager, Rachel. She provided an entirely different and pleasant experience. Immediately she checked on the previous occupants, found that they were indeed gone and she arranged for me to put my things in the closet while the cleaning service did their job. Excellent customer service! Be aware of the parking. While the units are ocean-front, loading/unloading is across the street - on the THIRD floor. The parking deck is behind that but attached, and unless you are an owner you are not permitted to park on the third floor. You park your car in an unloading/loading area and are given 20 minutes to get your stuff onto a luggage trolley, which you must check out with security and sign for it, find your way trough a maze over to the condo across the streeet, unload the cart and return it to the loading/unloading area, then move your car and make your way back across the maze to the condo. We will never stay here again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Just left. It was a wonderful last trip before our daughter heads off to college. We stayed on the 18th floor room 1801. We rented from the owners. This place has it all for families looking to relax. But like any place their are pro and cons. Pro: view is amazing, every morning we saw sting rays right below us, sea turtles and dolphins. The sunrise and sun set are breath taking. Our condo had wonderful patio furniture on the balcony so we could eat and just relax with the view. Our place was nicely designed and came with wonderful amenities ( washer, dryer, plenty of room For us, all kitchen supplies and even extra beach materials) we had two beach chairs and umbrella supply by our condo which was nice. The guys who run the rental were nice enough. The staff at the resort were friendly enough but you can tell the tourist get to them. They all smile and give friendly help when needed. Elevator for us were never a problem so it must depend on what season you come in. Many pools to choose from in door and outdoor. The beach is right at any point you want for access. Kids loved all the activities that around in the city to do. Cons: this is our first time doing high rise type of condo did not like the extra extra walking you have to do to get from a to b. If you plan to grill anything for dinner not an option. Either cook on a stove or eat out. ( not a big deal but we love to grill in the summer) these high rises are smack in the middle of the city so if you walk around be prepared to be on a busy street. ( we rented a golf cart) Walmart is the only reasonable price super market around and almost all times a Day is PACKED. I mean seriously felt like i was Black Friday shopping for groceries lol. The pools are completely over run with small kids and parents who are relaxing, meaning it’s a free for all. So if you are looking for adult time the pools are not an option this time of year. We hung by the beach, which was wonderful except all the seaweed and June grass right washed up by the beach. So bring water shoes cause i also cut my toe on a shell. Our condo was nice but dated. Definitely needs face lift of good deep cleaning and paint job. We found couple dirty dishes that were missed and the floors and baseboards were dusty with actual dust and sand. All in all this place and our condo were good for what we came for. We had 4 teenagers and two grandparents with us. All of us had a great time and didn’t sweat the small stuff. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Booked through Vacasa so rooms vary depending on owner. Overall, the grounds were well maintained and up to date. A lot of complaints about the elevators but we had no problems through the week (never more than a 1 min wait from the 17th floor) Loved the market, especially having Starbucks on site. However, it definitely sucked it didn’t open until 8am and was closed when we went back at 1. Be prepared to walk from your parked car to the room. A majority of spots are reserved near the cross walk on floor 3. It’s a solid 1/2 mile to the car and back each trip. Overall I would stay again though. The value we got was fair for all the amenities the hotel offered. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Fire the cleaning staff!

We were in Tower 1, #307 and it was NOT clean. We found the tub dirty, the linens stained, food left between the sheets and mattress pad, the air vents were filthy, caked dust on the lamp shades and window sills, broken dishes in the cabinet, food still in the pots and pans in the cabinet, and the list goes on and on. The furniture wasn’t worn, broken and missing handles. Also, we had informed them the tub wasn’t draining the first day we got here and they never responded. There was a last minute switch for us but we will never be here again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Wasn't Bad at All!

Condo was really nice. This property is huge, so not sure about all the units, but the one (605-tower 1) we stayed in had no issues. The elevators are slow, but not dreadful. The parking garage isn't that convenient, but still nothing I couldn't deal with. I will definitely stay here again in the near future. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
