I wanted to stay somewhere in the City Centre and chose Malmaison whilst visiting friends . What a place ! The rooms the ambience the life in the place . Nothing was too much trouble for the friendly staff I’ll be back as soon as I am allowed to TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Cannot recommend The Malmaison, Belfast enough. Friendly staff, fantastic food and always a beautiful atmosphere. We stayed over Christmas and they made us feel like family. Rooms are spotless and bed was amazing. But most importantly, during these a Covid days, all staff followed all Covid protocol. Which made us feel safe. For that I am very thankful. Would rerun again next Christmas! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Disappointing experience at the Malmaison Hotel, from not been made feel welcome when arrived to when I was leaving not even asked how my stay was or if everything was ok. Cleanliness wasn't on point, especially during Covid-19, room should have been immaculate. Recently left a review on booking.com for it to be responded with lies from the manager. Worst staycation I've ever had! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We stayed here for two nights and it’s a great location ! Vava on the front desk was extremely helpful . She organised a lovely black cab tour for us and was very engaging. The hotel rooms are spacious. Thankyou ☺️ TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
