Would stay again.

Beautiful, well situated hotel with helpful, friendly staff. Unfortunately, the spa, restaurant and fitness suite were all closed during my stay due to covid, but the food on room service was delicious and the beds so comfortable! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Absolutely fantastic stay at the Mandarin Oriental Prague

You can't stay at a better property in Prague. The hotel is located is in a quiet neighborhood in Praha 5, but less than 5 minute walk to the Charles Bridge. Service is top notch. We ate breakfast each morning at the property, and the food is great with alot of options. Rooms are large, particularly by European standards. Will definitely stay here next time in Prague. First Class All the Way ....

Aug 31st, 2020

There are many reasons we returned to Mandarin Hotel on this trip to Prague . I love the location, as it is very personal to me. I grew up near the hotel on Mala Strana and went to the High School, that is just in the back of this hotel. I am definitely partial to this area, the quiet location, the Kampa park, the churches nearby and the wonderful restaurants, on the streets I know so well. I also give priority to luxury and comfort. My husband and I have returned to this hotel for all those reasons. Based on our previous experience, we reserved the same category room for six nights. With the private entrance to the garden, and a private patio. The shade covered patio with its comfortable outdoor furniture is fantastic for early mornings and late evenings relaxation. Mandarin is a beautiful hotel, centuries old monastery, masterfully converted into a hotel. Few rooms are the same and the common places are connected by long maze of hallways, all beautiful. I did get lost couple times, just looking around. We liked the breakfast buffet selection, (pre - Covid), but more than anything, the friendly young staff, remembering our preferences quickly. On our last night we enjoyed a great dinner in the hotel's restaurant - Spices. The concierge service was above and beyond . Our thanks toTomas, who was a tremendous help, arranging hotel car rides for us at moments notice, even recommending and arranging a private clinic visit, when my husband was not feeling well. The morning of our check out, Tomas arranged hotel car transfer to the hotel Four Seasons , across the river, for us. As we were looking forward to Four Seasons we were sad to leave Mandarin behind . Until next time, Dekuji a Nashledanou TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Excellent stay!

We stayed a couple of days in this hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We were not disappointed. We were pampered from the minute we entered the hotel. The service at all levels was just great! The receptionist and both concierge we saw were very nice and helpful. The breakfast and the service were impeccable, too. Thanks to the upgrade, we had a chance to stay in the Deluxe suite. It was huge, with a living room part, and a big bathroom featuring both the shower and the bathtub. The king bed was very comfortable. Overall, we loved the hotel, in particular the service which is of very high standard. We will certainly be back when in Prague next time. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Oasis of tranquility

Aug 23rd, 2020

We had a lovely short stay at the Mandarin Oriental Prague. - The hotel is located on a Mala Strana side street and the lobby is accessed through a courtyard that also contains a lovely garden. After exploring the bustling Prague streets, it feels great to return to such a peaceful retreat. - Sights are easily accessible. You can walk to the old town and public transport is just around the block. - Staff members were very friendly and efficient. Everyone made us feel genuinely welcome. - The room was spacious and tastefully decorated. The bed was very comfortable. It was great to have a room with a view of the well-tended garden. The bathroom boasted a walk-in shower and a bathtub, toiletries were of exceptional quality. - The breakfast was à la carte. The selection was good and presentation very nice. However, I agree with one of the previous reviews that Prague abounds with great bread and pastries. It would be nice to offer some Czech treats. All in all, it was a great stay in a great hotel. We would love to return - next time for some more days. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
