Stay clear of this hotel worse experience eve.r 1 member of staff Laura at the front desk who wears the white shirt and black trousers. Is a very rude, unapproachable member of staff. She talks down on people and always ready for a confrontation. It is like she has woken up from the wrong side of the bed. This individual has upset many residents including myself. Her customer service is really appalling and somebody in her position should be setting an example. I hope you accept that this type of treatment is completely unacceptable. I would also like to hear your thoughts about this complaint and the next steps that will be taken. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

They’re available 24/7, and if someone is not at the reception, they leave a number to call and the person will come back. They bring my deliveries to my door from time to time, also they are very welcoming and nice. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We stayed at Marlin Stratford for two nights. The apartment was well equipped with all we needed - big bath towels, nice toiletries and a comfy bed. Not noisy despite overlooking a huge main road. Staff friendly. It was very convenient for Westfield Centre, tube station and local amenities. Would recommend. Have already booked to stay again. Parking available should you need it. I will leave this review cause the apartments are really Clean and quiet.The staff is friendly and was always very receptive to all my requests. Is not my first stay with them and I will definitely come back. Also very happy with the new rates. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
