Peaceful Vacation

Jul 17th, 2019

We spent a lovely week down in HH at this resort. As usual our Marriott Vacation Club Resort did not disappoint. The hotel is in the Sea Pines plantation in a quiet secluded corner. We rented bikes and kayaks and enjoyed the pool and sauna. The room was spacious, clean, and tasteful. There’s so many great restaurants and bars near by and Savannah is just a short ride away. One night stay

May 7th, 2019

Stayed one night after a graduation so didn’t get to seek the entire resort but the rooms are dated and very narrow. The kitchen appeared new But didn’t go with all the old stuff in the condo. It Also was way out and away from Everything. No vending on site so if you need a drink bring your own. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Amazing place

Mar 31st, 2019

This place was amazing and really sorry we had to leave due to a mandatory hurricane evacuation. The place was very comfortable, clean and well maintain with plenty of parking. Restaurants around for easy walking distance and good food. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Perfect location in March

Mar 21st, 2019

We stayed for a week in March. It wasn't warm enough to swim at the beach so this location was ideal. The pool was heated to 84 degrees and was small but never crowded. The room located we had was perfect. 5th floor and pool view. The unit was clean and if you book through Marriott you get maid service daily. We were disappointed that the fire pit was not working especially since the nights were chilly. We rode to the ruins on bikes and walked to the harbour town lighthouse, shops and marina daily. The leaves fall in Hilton Head in March and the staff did the best they could to keep the leaves out of the pool and fountain. The rocking chairs around the front and back porches are relaxing. Parking is covered and underneath the property. The lobby was being painted and updated while we were there. We will be back to visit Hilton Head next March and would definitely consider staying at this location again. The wristbands that acted as your room key with a donation to a children's charity was convenient. There are daily activities at the property that are mostly geared towards adults. Very nice large apartments in vacation resort area, patio, solid amenities and friendly staff.

Mar 10th, 2019

Top flight property, basically what you expect from a Marriott Vacation club. Activities, large apartment with two beds two baths and patio, laundry, full kitchen, and so forth. Staff very helpful, free drinks from time to time, great hot tub and pool, cheap bike rentals (many miles of trails in the area for an easy ride). Suggest you visit the ruins of old plantation about a mile pedal away. located in an area of higher-end vacation type shops and restaurants which have decent menus though typically pricey, which aligns with the million dollar yachts in the harbor. Hilton head is a pain in the arse to get onto especially all the way down, and there is no beach in the immediate viciniy of the property but you can ride a short ways down to a common beach that was very clean and well presented. Very safe. Some independent restaurants/pizza places, shopping etc once you get outside the 'sea pines' development. Overall, a positive experience safe for families to unwind and not worry what the kids are getting into. The ridiculously efficient and therefore almost useless temp and fan controls in the room were the single main drawback, but not enough to drag the rating. Bring a fan. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
