I had an absolutely terrible price/quality ratio experince. Sleep on poor and super hard beds, with unusable pillows was already difficult. Then, the covid breakfirst not absolutely not worthy of a 4 star, with cold coffee and food. Lastly, there was no soap in the shower (only shampoo). Very friendly staff though. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Perfect stay, very nice staff

Was a very nice night ! The view was incredibly beautiful ! We were supposed to have a small room but they gave us a big one for the same price. Restaurant was closed because of COVID but we had a breakfast in the room thanks to the room service. Only problem was that the cleaning ladies kept on knocking on the door even if they knew we asked the receptionist to stay an hour extra... TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Nothing to complain about . Everything was perfect from booking to reception, food , room service , breakfast. I had 50% off thank to a blackfriday deal. But the service was 100%. All necessary sanitary mesures were better than in any other hotel I’ve been since February TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

I add a small wish during booking as this stay was for to commemorate the birthday of me wife and asked for a small attention from the hotel, even if I'm aware of the covid or sanitary restrictions, but nothing was done. This was a little disappointing but otherwise everything was perfect. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Really There once was a time where you received service with a smile everywhere… Providers who genuinely were passionate about their work and got real satisfaction with helping clients. It seems in today’s world that is much less common. But it is alive and well at Meliá Luxembourg. I’ve travelled a bit in my day, not a LOT, but enough to see where service really stands out. I’ve never been made to feel so welcome and so supported in all my life. I traveled to Luxembourg for surgery and was alone. From the moment I checked in, the assistant General Manager (Mario) took exceptional care of me. Whether it was arranging for a custom ice pack crafted by the kitchen, or adding a mattress topper to soften up their standard VERY firm mattresses… Any and all requests were taken care of instantly… I’m getting a little emotional writing this right now as the whole trip was challenging at times. And to have this level of support is beyond words appreciated. It is inspiring to me to see such humanity in the entire staff. People who TRULY care and who genuinely feel rewarded by helping others. The restaurant… I’ll preface this by saying that it’s based on other hotels of similar size. You can’t compare a hotel of this size to a Las Vegas casino. The breakfast buffet was the best I’d ever had. Again, maybe not the largest, but still quite a large variety and the quality and service was amazing. The restaurant managers were very engaged, supportive and incredibly friendly… And all the food I had was excellent. I think in summary – some hotels treat you as customers, some treat you as valued guests. But the entire staff at the Meliá treated me like family. Perhaps some of that is I’m genuinely friendly when I encounter people, and I do find that kindness is echoed back. At Meliá though it was different, it was magnified back to me by an order of magnitude. One final thing… Service really does matter. It was never a high priority on my list – but my stay was soooo much more pleasant due to the help I received… The assistant GM coordinated with me on his day off to get a SUV based taxi. Where else would you get that type of commitment? The kindness and empathy I was shown, from every single employee of the hotel… Was overwhelming. Going forward when I travel, I will specifically look out for Meliá properties. But a very high bar has been set by their Luxembourg hotel... I have no financial interest in the company nor personal relationships with any of its employees. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
