Nice hotel but service needs to be improved......

Dec 7th, 2019

Nice and modern hotel.. Room is nice too but no amenities in the bathroom. Had to call to get sleepers and shower gel as it was not there. 25€ for the brekafast is too much, especially when the choices are so less...! Some of the staff are really nice, some others are just rude and don't really care about their customers! Specially at brekfatst... Would recommend to skip breakfast and to have it outside TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Good hotel in the outskirts of Vienna

Dec 6th, 2019

We got a Bolt from the airport to the hotel for 28 €. The hotel is over an hour walk to the old town. You can also use the tube, but we walked and in the evenings we got a Bolt to the hotel from the centre for less than 10 €. Our room was good with a nice view of the Danube. I particularly liked the shower, it was very ample with a good shower head. The toiletries are from Rituals. The breakfast was good but for 26 € per person I was expecting more. The hot chocolate is good, especially considering it comes from a machine. We found the staff to be varied, some were very friendly and others not... I expected more from a five star hotel. Best city view

Nov 25th, 2019

Check-in and check-out very efficient, nice and friendly staff, but best of all - the city view at night from the room - really exciting! very spacious, modern room with city view from the bed. spacious bathroom with separate shower and bathtub. Only very little downside: city center is several underground stations away. in winter there is not much activities around the hotel, in summer Donauinsel is just outside of the hotel. Great place to stay! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Floors are noisy and house-keeping knock at 7:30 - it's on most reviews

Nov 24th, 2019

This hotel is out of the city and in a business location so you have to take a bahn to find somewhere to eat. The hotel also has alot of building work located around it. Unable to book to eat breakfast on the top floor unless you are The Level customer. I didn't like this exclusivity when we had already paid alot of money for a double room for 2 nights. On both mornings, we were knocked out of bed by house keeping, and we had to tell them several times to go away until later on. On the final morning, they knocked on 3 ocassions from 7:30 until 9:30 - check out is a few hours later, so why they keep knocking. After reading reviews, this is common so they obviously encourage it. It was a little windy which rattled the facias on the building, but the room had limited view as the facias - a criss cross design across the windows, were more like a prison effect. I was surprised but the floors were noisy and it was quite clear to hear other guests in the rooms and on the floors. Breakfast was 26 euros, and definately not worth the price. A big mistake was made booking this hotel. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Friendly staff, nice welcome, car parking and everything was good. Lounge bar is unique, it's a must visit. Room was very clean and good decorations. We were very satisfied with our stay in this hotel. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
