I was visiting Marseille for a conference. The hotel was located very conveniently close to both metro and tram stops for easy travel around the city and easy walking to the Old Port with its restaurants. Typical of a business hotel, the staff were efficient but remote. The room was very clean and comfortable with relaxing chairs. The breakfast was very good with a good selection of hot and cold food and excellent croissants. Extensive road works were going on around the hotel. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Well positioned and comfortable hotel.

The hotel is very close to St Charles railway station and the Vieux Port. There is building work ongoing in the area which is a nuisance but the hotel is very comfortable with large well fitted rooms and an excellent quality bed. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
This could be a great hotel if it had proper Pillows!

Two night stay before going to the airport and flying home, so sleep needed. BUT the hotel has the worst pillows ever encountered in years of travelling. I bought my son-in-law a cushion from Galleries Lafayette next door, and I had to use my daughter’s travel neck pillow as a inverted horse-shoe pillow. The rooms are fine, the bathrooms fine and clean. The breakfast is the best thing about this hotel - best breakfast we have had in France this trip. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Tired and too far away from the water

I will say the front desk and the bar employees were great, friendly and very helpful. The hotel is old and tired, clean enough but barley, no outside space, no views of anything pretty, poor grade towels & bed sheets, tiny rooms and deep in a refugee area. it was a very long walk down to the port area where the food, views and shops were and then a long walk or cab ride back up the slope to the hotel. A very good option in the old town

Nice location (very close to old port), but a bit difficult to find since it is almost surrounded by the Bourse/Lafayette shopping center. The main entrance is in a small back street ... The room was great - large, well equipped, with king size bed. Reasonable WiFi. Good breakfast. Nice staff. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
