Beds were comfy but....place was not clean at all. The hotel had no elevator. Normally not an issue but we had quite a few bags and the information I viewed didn’t mention anything about not having an elevator. The person working at the desk had no mask on although it was posted multiple places that masks were required. There wasn’t much for breakfast but the coffee was pretty good. The stairway was filthy and smelled of urine and there were coffee stains running down the wall. Room had quite a bit of dust. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Be prepared to pay $100 deposit

I reserved a room for the evening on hotels.com. When I checked in the lady at the front desk told me to read a policy stating that those reserving from 3rd party websites would have to pay $100 upfront as a deposit and then the money would be returned after the room is checked and there is no damage. And if there is no damage the money will be returned but it could take up to 7 business days depending on your bank. The room looked clean but the hotel halls and my room smelled like stale smoke. I would not recommend this hotel. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We got there and was ignored for about 10 minutes. The employee walked around behind the desk and fiddled around. They made me give them a credit card for a $100 deposit for 7 days Incase someone smokes or damages the room. Beware no elevator! We get to our room and the key cards didn’t work. Back down we go the next set weren’t much better. The room was dirty and smelled of smoke. We had the desk person come up so they could document that the room smelled of smoke. She sprayed air freshener. The carpet was definitely dirty large stains of who knows what. The bathroom was gross. Large clumps of hair on the floor. The whole place looks like it could use a good wipe down!!! Fan in bathroom was broken. Extremely disappointed and embarrassed since I book this mess. The walls had substances on them as well.🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 We found a fork under the bed too. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

These people go back and change reservations and the prices. The little gay guy at the front desk and the drunken old lady over night are always changing something. I had to go in dispute with them to get 4 days back pay where theses two overcharged my card. The outside manager from the other hotel is also an butthead too. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

The property looks like it has had an update to the exterior but the rooms still need attention. Our main disappointment was the fact that they advertise there are coffee makers in the rooms when this is not true. Due to disabilities this was an important feature that was lacking. We would not consider this location or Microtel Inns in general going forward. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
