Great location

Very clean, great location across The Oculus and 911 Memorial Museum. Walking distance of everything that you might want to see in FiDi and the subway entrance right outside the hotel. It has a bar in the lobby. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

THANK YOU TO VINCENT MAR

Mar 17th, 2020

I recently had to book a hotel stay, due to the circumstances of COVID -19 in NYC. Vincent could not have been better. He was so understanding and flexiable, and professional on top of that! A big thank you to Vincent and his teammates who are still going to work, so that everyone elses lives can be a little bit easier - good job hiring quality leaders, Hilton. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Amazing view and great location to visit all the 9/11 memorials

Clean rooms, a bit noisy, you can hear your neighbours talk and do other stuff ;) The view is amazing (2508). Close to metro, enough restaurants in the area. We didn't use anything else in the hotel had breakfast somewhere else. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Very pleasant stay.

The hotel is close to everything. The museum is located across the street and it’s a truly humbling and beautiful experience. The occulus is a must see and experience and the restaurant offer affordable Variety from many different countries and cultures. Housekeeping is very considerate and due an exceptional job of keeping the room fresh and clean. Check was not up to par. Not very friendly and did not bother to explain any details on the hotel or amenities. Check out was great very nice and considerate person. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Not quite what I expected...

Mar 13th, 2020

Booked in by a receptionist with his hand in his pocket the whole time was not a great start! Then we got to the very tired looking room, located by the noisy lifts and with one curtain hanging off the rail. When I reported the fridge was not working, I was informed that it was actually a mini-bar so I should not have had any expectation that it would have been cold....looked like a fridge to me. BUT they did bring another fridge very quickly and even waived the $75 fee... Overall the stay was fine once I got over the disappointment with the room because the breakfast was great and the swimming pool was fabulous. Being literally on the doorstep of 1 WTC and close to the Subway was brilliant. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
