Overview

Swanky rooms with top-notch views; hotel has a indoor tennis court
Customer service received mixed reviews
Formerly Millennium UN Plaza Hotel, this sleek Millenium property offers a quiet place to unwind after a busy day spent exploring Gotham. The hotel sits just a half-block from the United Nations Headquarters on New York's East Side and boasts a wide range of desirable amenities, including a fitness center equipped with a pool and tennis court, as well as two eateries and a lounge. And recent guests appreciate the remodeled accommodations in the Luxury West Tower, which boast touch-screen environment controls, Nespresso machines and complimentary Wi-Fi access. However, previous visitors were split on the hotel staff: Travelers said some employees were kind and helpful while others, including the front desk staff, were standoffish and could benefit from a bit more training. Note: Some of the hotel's facilities, including the on-site restaurant, fitness center and indoor pool, are temporarily closed for renovations.
