Stayed with my husband and 12 year old son for 2 weeks in aug. Very high standards! Lovely stay! Food was very good. All staff are fantastic, friendly and very helpful! Victoria was excellent and the animation team are all fab. Mason and Luky do a great job. Room 14 was perfect with a shared pool with 10 rooms and always cleaned very well. Managers were very helpful. Many thanks to Tsampikos and Niko. Wish we was still there. Thank you for a great stay. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Every Time something new.

Jan 2nd, 2020

We go twice a year because the place gets better and the facilities improve every time. The last visit was October 22nd the weather was still very hot and sunny. We got the usual warm and friendly welcome from reception staff and cases were taken to our rooms by the ever much appreciated bell boys. We started to make our way to the pool bar and started to bump in to various staff members and its like seeing members of your own family again it just felt right to be back again and they were pleased to see us too. We see old friends that repeat visit and like the hotel as much as we do (missed Leanne P and Hubby by a week ! ) lol.next year may be. This was our 15th visit and our first for 2020 is already booked. We could go to other destinations we have done Blue Domes,Norida Beach,Rhodas Maris,Rinela beach,Rhoda beach when that was a mitsis Hotel but will always return to Faliraki beach as it is a place you know you will be well looked after by ALL of the staff and of course all of the management. The hotel loves feedback and honest reviews so they understand what people want and if they can act on this they will and you will see changes as we have seen on so many visits.Better cocktails(Pinacoladas with fresh pineapple great! )all premium spirits.and made with passion by Gkrekou and Nickos. Free safe key, card entry to your room with two cards, best choice of food in the main and Al la cart'e restaurants, BBQ in the grounds and various snacks and other things available all day makes it good .Entertainment is also excellent with class acts worth watching. They also look after the kids too.Plenty for them to do all day and a good kids club. So thanks to MR Symiakos and all for running a great hotel and we will see you all soon. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

October half term holiday

Dec 29th, 2019

We stayed here during the October half term as a family of four. Honestly, I can’t praise this hotel enough and it gave us such an amazing holiday. Now, we travel a lot as a family and will never visit the same place twice. Mostly this is because I try to teach my children that there’s a big wide world out there to explore, but I could quite happily return here in the future. The hotel and grounds are very well maintained and the food is superb. The buffet food is of a very good quality, varies each day and caters to many different tastes. I noticed that the vast majority of the guests in this hotel seemed to be German, with a few Russians, French and Brits thrown in the mix too. Therefore, the menu seems to cater well towards German tastes but, honestly, this isn’t a problem though. There was always a good selection Greek foods too and they were a huge hit! The staff are attentive and always on hand whenever you need them. Despite the temperature being between 26 and 30 degrees for the duration of our stay (it was unseasonably warm) the pools were cold so we didn’t spend much time in them. The sea, however, was remarkably warm and the beach is literally next to the hotel. You can walk out of the grounds, straight onto the beach where sunbeds are in plentiful supply. I was concerned that by going so close to the end of the season that there would be nothing to do but that wasn’t the case. The hotel was still bustling, the weather was very good but if you’re looking for a wild night on the strip in Faliraki, forget it! A good 30% of the bars, restaurants and shops had closed for the year and the ones which were open were pretty much empty. We weren’t there for this kind of holiday so it didn’t bother us and there were still enough shops open to keep the kids entertained looking for souvenirs. Rhodes town seems to stay open though so if you visit here there won’t be any shortage of things to do. The animation team are excellent and the kids had a great time playing with them, which gave us some much needed relaxation. They’re not pushy though, and if the kids aren’t interested in taking part they won’t keep asking. Each evening there was a mini-disco which they loved and this finished just in time for the main evening’s entertainment, which was also good quality. The rooms are well proportioned and well maintained. The cleaners outside our room were brilliant and absolutely loved the kids! Aside from the main buffet restaurant there are multiple themed restaurants which you need to book in advance. The desk for doing this is in reception and you need to be quick because they book up fast and you’ll usually find a queue waiting for the desk to open. You’ll also find a healthy queue of people waiting for the dinner to be served so I recommend waiting at least 30 minutes to let the carnage subside before going in for yours. There are plenty of bars dotted around the grounds as well as a bar serving cake, ice cream, crêpes etc. There is a car hire desk in the hotel lobby which offers competitive prices so we hired a car for a day to go exploring the island. There isn’t a huge amount in Faliraki itself so if you get itchy feet it’s worth doing. We drove over to Lindos, which is well worth the effort. There is also a bus stop right outside the hotel grounds and it’s easy and cheap to get the bus over to Rhodes town. After paying so many compliments to the hotel it’s about time I pointed out a flaw… The cocktails made at the bars were pretty much unpalatable. You want a Mojito? Sure, have half a glass of Angostura bitters as part of it. How about a Cosmopolitan? No problem, here’s half a glass of Angostura bitters to flavour it. Yep, whichever cocktail you choose, you can guarantee it will be about 50% Angostura bitters. I’ve no idea why. I didn’t ask. They were simply disgusting so I stuck with more simple things which were very nice. This is really only a small complaint and overall the holiday was simply excellent. I can’t praise the staff highly enough and I’m in no doubt that you will have an excellent holiday if you choose to go here. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Perfect 7 nights!

Dec 8th, 2019

Hotel is stunning, if looking for a wedding venue I would recommend. Myself and my two teenage sons had a lovely time in this well maintained hotel. All staff were so kind, genuine always greeted us with a smile in the restaurant and went out of their way to ensure the boys were entertained throughout the day. I would love to stay here again, it was a relaxing break, entertainment in the evenings, choice of food was tasty but repetitive, the coffee and fresh orange juice in the morning alongside the little man that made the omelettes were my favourites. There was constant food and drinks throughout the day and even a late night opening within the restaurant which I thought was a nice touch. The main bar is open from 5pm and the drinks are authentic and cocktails nice. Plenty of places to chill out and relax, the beach is on the hotel site but we didn’t venture here much as I found the layout too crowded. Surrounding area was quiet due to the season but there are a few local shops, a bus stop and cash point in walking distant. Thank you all for a splendid holiday xx TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Cocktails

Dec 6th, 2019

The cocktails on the pool bar were perfect. Gkrekou bartender is the best bartender in town and somewhere. My favorite drink was mojito ;-) he made it perfect. That was a very nice hotel check it out. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
