Wonderful hotel!

Very much enjoyed our stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and always helpful. The staff at the front desk especially so. The location is perfect for visiting the Alhambra and the Albaicin is at your doorstep. Nice clean rooms. Would definitely stay here again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

A great find!

Reception staff very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, comfortable and well furnished with coffee facilities. We travelled in January, and the room was nice and warm when we returned from our site-seeing! Parking also available. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

A very good, comfortable and convenient small hotel with friendly staff. It is well situated for the Alhambra, other city attractions and the airport bus. A good breakfast is served in the attached restaurant which is also worth a visit in the evening. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

winter break bad breakfast

Dec 21st, 2019

The hotel is well positioned. The room was very clean, with a good bathroom with a powerful walk in shower. The beds were excellent, but the pillows were very soft. The receptionists were very helpful with giving us tourist information certainly a lot better than what we got from the tourist office. The hotel has a popular restaurant attached which was extremely busy at lunchtime and evening for both of the nights that we stayed. Breakfast was probably the worst I have ever had in a hotel. There was a choice of continental or English. The continental breakfast consisted of a selection of very stale pastries; there was only one choice of yogurt which was in a plastic tray so not being kept cool. The cheese and ham although in a server showed signs of the edges curling. The English breakfast had some very nice scrambled egg and Spanish bacon. But that was it. The baked beans looked as if they had been heated as least once before, the tomatoes were sliced and looked as if the had been boiled, definitely not grilled or fried. The sausages were small cocktail type which again looked boiled and tasted like no other sausage I have ever eaten before. We had to dig down through the bread to find a couple of slices that were not too stale to toast. The hotel has completely taken their eye off the ball in so far as supplying an acceptable breakfast. They appear to be concentrating on their lunches and evening meals trade. ADVICE:- use the café across the road for breakfast. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
