Bikeable, Walkable, Convenient and Clean.

Feb 14th, 2019

The rooms are small, the bed a bit saggy, towels a bit sparse. But the friendly staff, exceptional cleanliness of the rooms, and great price make up for everything else. I stayed here on a visit to Seattle from eastern Washington to avoid traffic in Seattle. Also the Issaquah location was very convenient. On the day I left the Seattle area to drive east, I didn't have to battle the traffic in Seattle to get out of town. For eats, I walked to PCC Community Market, a grocery with healthy take-out, just across 17th Ave. There are other non-fast food restaurants within walking distance. Directly across from the motel on NW Sammamish Rd, is the Sammamish State Park. I didn't explore the park but did go for a run around the perimeter. The area has wide sidewalks and there are bicycle lanes. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Comfortable, but room for improvement.

Dec 2nd, 2018

Customer service was absolutely excellent! Check in staff was courteous, professional, and much friendlier than I expected. Reserved a room with a queen sized bed, microwave, and fridge. Was informed those were overbooked and no longer available. Was not only given a larger room with 2 beds, but given a discount for the "inconvenience." No bad odors in this room. Nice and clean. I'd give this 4 or 5 stars if not for a couple of things. One, the TV did not work. Nothing I tried would make it work. By the time I noticed this it was already 2:00 AM, so I didn't bother calling about it. I spend most of my time on my computer, so I hardly use the TV anyway. The other thing, the WIFI, while decent, had dead spots all over the room. For example, I had to hold my iPad at a certain angle in the bed. If I let the iPad touch the bed, signal was lost. If you're looking for a comfortable sleep in Issaquah, this is a sure bet. Just be sure to make sure your TV works when you first enter the room. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Disappointed

Sep 28th, 2018

Receptionist could not find my reservation and confused me with another customer. She offered a room for one king size bed but we had original reservation for 3 adults/2 queen beds. Offered to get our room ready one hour before check-in but room was not ready. Room floor was not clean including the bathroom. On the second day they called and asked if we wanted our room cleaned and said it would done in one hour. We had to wait an additional hour before we could go back into our room. Just asked for fresh towels the third day. Very noisy with construction going on in another room and did not get much sleep. My relatives left one day early because of the noise. Mixed Feelings

Aug 19th, 2018

Came in after midnight. Clerk friendly, turning folks away. Booked but we had reservation. Room clean and basic. Bed horrible. We finally slept out of exhaustion. Toilet very low to the ground, no grab bar. Hmm. Shower had grab bars. Can't really complain as we wanted a cheaper place to stsy than downtown Seattle, and it was only one night. Bed was lopsided

Jul 16th, 2018

I paid $129, the most for any of my hotels on this trip, this was by far the worst deal for what I got. I hardly got to sleep as if I turned on my double bed I rolled down hill. About a 4 inch difference in the springs. If there had been a decent bed, it was still overpriced. No amenities, no shampoo, no kleenix, only coffee offered at the check out desk. Found a bug crawling in the room. Recommend by passing this hotel and opt for a better price out further or even pay more and get a good nights sleep. The best part was that it was a pet friendly room and no carpet which is great. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
