Best of the Best

An exceptional hotel only surpassed by the excellent team who cared for us during our stay. From our arrivial, we were very warmly greeted by Marta and Fabroniza, who managed to not only make the check in process easy and stress free, but Marta also took the time to talk us through where to visit in rome and provided us a map and overview of the areas. The food in the hotel is also exceptional, Adriano, who looked after us in the bar and restaurant is a star, he helped us several times during our stay and was charming and exceptionally accomodating. Overall the standards of the rooms, the cleanliness and the excellent staff made this an outstanding trip. What is more remarkable about this is the current challenges that this team are facing on a daily basis, and they are doing so with so much dignity, professionalism and genuine warmth is truly humbiling. we discussed this with Cyntia the guest relations manager of the hotel, who again was exceptionally accomodating, and an excellent ambassador for the hotel. If you get the chance please visit rome and vist the beutiful staff in this hotel, they genuinely could not do enough for us and we am exceptionally grateful for the superb experience we had in Rome and at this hotel. Amazing

As I write this review I am currently staying in the RH collection, what can I say outstanding service from the moment we arrived. Cynthia is an absolute delight and has accommodated all of my requests with no fuss. With all what is going on in Rome just now it is very daunting but Cynthia has been excellent answering all of our questions and offering support. The actual hotel itself is beautiful, our room is spotless. The hotel bar is a lovely place to have a relaxing drink at the end of the day. Breakfast was lovely, as the hotel is quiet there was no buffet breakfast but we could pick what ever we wanted off the breakfast menu and it was made fresh , excellent !!!! I would come back to this hotel a million time’s over. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

The hotel was so great we cancelled our other reservation on our way back to room to stay here

The hotel was beautiful and had phenomenal customer service (Thanks to Cynthia And Frederico). It is right next to Rome Termini train station with EASY access to anywhere. The rooms were clean and everyone was so friendly. I had never stayed with this hotel chain but really loved it and would absolutely stay again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Right on the main railway

I stayed here for one night, before heading off by rail to the Airport. Its location is convenient as it is right next to the station. Since I only had a brief stay, I'll keep this short. The room and the hotel seemed very modern despite being in a historic building. The one negative I had - the shower and bath in my room were combined (not typical for a 5-star); and the bath did not drain quickly enough for the shower (so I ended up showering in a puddle). I don't know if this was a problem with my individual room, or a design flaw. Otherwise all fine. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Beautiful hotel

Mar 7th, 2020

Modernized, comfy room, including my fave: no wall to wall carpet. Old fashioned hotels take notice: no carpeting in hotel rooms is FAB! Decent Wifi, low noise, super insulated windows, good tv programming. My only negative about this hotel would be the OVERWHELMING incense/perfume blast in the lobby, that reaches all public areas. I don't know what stink they chose but hey NH; LESS is better! It is like walking into a duty free shop and over sniffing scent choices. It gives you a headache. Burns your nostrils. Tame it down NH, and thank you. The location is immediately adjacent to the train station. Not the best location, but of course that depends how much you like the perfume blast and what your plans are. Enjoy! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
