Not Worth It!

I recently stayed at this hotel as I was passing through Nashville and at first glance this hotel looks amazing! However, just after checking in we realized this hotel was lacking in major areas where other 4 Star Hotels would not. The staff truly does not care about anything unless you look like you have money. One of the front desk women literally rolled her eyes when she had to check us out for one item from the snack bar. Additionally, what kind of luxury hotel offers no free amenities? If I just wanted free shampoo I would’ve stayed at the Holiday Inn. There’s no complimentary breakfast, the fridge was empty, the coffee creamer in the room was SPOILED and curdled in the coffee. There were no pens or notepads in the room, you have to pay $10/hr past 11am if you want late checkout. All in all if you want to pay for dumb, hidden fees and get an unsatisfactory stay in return, this is the hotel for you! Otherwise I highly recommend the Bobby. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Fab place in Music City!

Came to Nashville and selected this hotel based of location. I wanted to explore everything the city had to offer and felt that this was a great place to stay. You can stop reading my review right now and just book it. You won’t regret it. But if you aren’t sure..... Location: About a 8 min or so drive from the airport. Very easy to find. It is on the campus of Vanderbilt, in the West End neighborhood. About a 8 min give or take drive from downtown, across the street from the Parthenon, and about 10 mins from the Grand Ole Opry. Plenty of restaurants near by. There is a Hattie B’s Chicken very close by. Yup. It’s the tourist thing to do. Hotel: F A B U L O U S. The decor is very beautiful and modern Southern. The staff is amazing as well-definitely gracious all around. The room is very nice and comfortable as well. There is a bar/lounge area that’s ver beautiful as well as a small cafe/store where you can grab Starbucks. They offer valet and self parking. The garage is behind the hotel, right next to Vanderbilt’s stadium. It is a cute, short beautiful walk-you will love it. There is also a cute outside patio/lounge area that’s beautiful and enjoyable when the weather is nice. It is lit up at night and is a great place to just relax. There is a gentleman at the front desk with dreadlocks that is A M A Z I N G. From the time you check in until the time you check out and everything between-he is amazing. If you need anything, please find him. I regret that I cannot remember his name, but you will know him when you see him because he southern hospitality and charm personified. Room: As I mentioned-it is very spacious. To access the rooms, you must use your hotel key for the elevators. Once you get to your room and open the door, you will fall in in love. Modern decor. Great lighting for my selfie lovers. Full length mirror to ensure that your outfit looks stunning. Very fabulous bathroom with plenty of counter space and shelf space. The shower is amazing with a detachable shower head. The bed is S O F T. There is a couch in the room and a desk with plenty of space. There is also a coffee/tea maker, mini fridge, and microwave. There is a closet that’s pretty spacious as well. There are rooms that give a view of the stadium; my room gave me a view of the campus and the city. Great for people watching. Overall my experience at this hotel was super. I would definitely stay here over and over again. Enjoy darlin! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Wonderful stay at a very nice hotel. Comfortable bed with sound-proof rooms provided good sleep. Walk-in shower had decent water pressure, which I am very picky about. The bar area was especially beautiful! Great experience! Parking was a little expensive, but there wasn’t anywhere in the area where parking was any cheaper, so seemed to be par for the course in that part of town... TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

The hotel was great, situated right next to campus if you’re visiting Vanderbilt U. You are actually behind their staid I un and if you ask you can see the field. Bonus points for that! The only minus was the restaurants had very slim pickings so we walked to the nearby P.F. Chang’s. Other than that staff was helpful, pleasant, prompt. Room was super clean and ample. Nice decor. School or hotel?

This hotel seems to cater to teams. It took 10 mins for valet to take our car because a womens hockey team pulled in before us with a Hugh amount of equipment. Once inside the place had middle school kids roaming loudly everywhere. We had to move rooms after some knocked on our door 3 different times as a prank. once moved to the quite top floor we had a good stay. The room over looked the stadium. was clean and had a comfortable bed. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
