Nemacolin never disappoints!

Aug 7th, 2020

We have stayed at Nemacolin at least once a year over the past 12 years and have yet to have a bad experience. We have stayed at all three hotels, but Falling Rock is our favorite. We typically leave our kids home for a summer getaway or for my husband's conference every other January, but last year we brought the kids when my son played in the PGA Jr regionals held at Mystic Rock and they have been dying to go back ever since. The spa is always amazing and the service it outstanding throughout. Our most recent stay was just last weekend (July 2020) and the guest capacity was greatly reduced due to COVID, which I know is not great for the hotel but fantastic for the guests. Everything was clean, all the staff were wearing masks or shields 100% and they did a great job of spacing everyone and everything out. We will be back again soon! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Lovely but jacked up prices!

Aug 6th, 2020

Plan to dine off campus when you can or bring your own wine. We’re used to staying and dining at top restaurants but it looks like Nemacolin jacked up prices after reopening. Lautrec’s food was creative but form over flavor and the price for the 7 course plus basic wine pairing was obscene. These are wines we can get at the grocery store and know their retail prices. Nice rooms, hotel service and setting, just be prepared. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Almost perfect

Aug 5th, 2020

We enjoyed a wonderful 51st Anniversary at Nemacolin; almost everything was excellent. We ate at Aqueous and Rockwell's plus enjoyed long massages at the Spa. Servers are excellent. Rooms are wonderful and could use comfort level toilets. Wine is way overpriced! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Flawless Finishing Touches

Aug 3rd, 2020

I recently had the unique experience of staying in a chateau room at the Nemacolin resort. The staff was pleasant and consistently a step ahead of any desire. Truly a place to slay anyone weak to the ideals of high-end perfection. I spent a day exploring the grounds which contained delights I never dreamed I “needed". This versatile property offers an environment to re-discover the love you have for yourself and your family while also providing an air of professionalism to conquer any business event. Offering an endless discovery of beauty and art, tantalizing the taste buds from their crafted food and cocktails, and relaxing the mind and body from the slippers at bedside to the specifically catered areas for gatherings, Nemacolin leaves no stone unturned when it comes to comfort and ease. Fall in love with your spouse once more or "Wow!" your boss; You cannot fail. They say, “you get what you pay for” and this place far exceeds the cost. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

A safe and relaxing haven

Aug 3rd, 2020

We have cancelled all hotels and flights during this pandemic. I had booked a stay at Falling Rock in January before the virus turned our world upside down. I wanted to take my husband there for his birthday, but was concerned to travel anywhere during this time. I chose to keep our reservation at Nemacolin because I felt if anyplace would keep us safe and do the right thing, it would be Nemacolin. I was not wrong! We drove up the driveway and had our temperatures taken before we even made it to Falling Rock. All employees and guests had masks or shields on and many of the staff were wearing gloves. We were able to eat outside for all meals, play miniature golf and walk around the shops and look at the artwork in the hallways of the resort. Everyone did their best to make us feel welcome and safe! My husband loved his birthday gift of a night at Falling Rock and we felt as if we were able to find a safe haven at Nemacolin.
