Great service! Ask for Victor at the front desk he helped us so much. We loved our room and the accommodations. The hotel is in a great area near all the bars and restaurants. Malibu Farm was the restaurant by the beach and it was delicious! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great staff, very friendly and welcoming. Esengul assisted us with the checking and we extremely helpful. Great hotel, very spacious rooms and good view on the bay. Amazing bathrooms as well! A little far from south beach but still good location and close to the airport. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Great Bday Stay

Great hotel with amazing service. From Nicole in reservations prior to arriving to Esengul at the front desk upon our arrival who helped to get us into the most perfect suite for my fiancé's bday. We stayed in the Zen suite and it was amazing and spacious perfect for 2. Although you can tell there is minimal staff due to covid, as well as some personal changes to avoid contact such as no cleaning of the rooms each day, the hotel did a great job of making sure we had great service with a very friendly and ready to serve staff! Misleading Hotel Reservation

When I finally got to the the check in counter they asked for my ID and credit card and proceeded to check me in. After running my credit card they handed me a sheet of paper with a list of hotel restrictions of which the following stood out to me: no in-room dining, no mini bar and no daily housekeeping (all requirements for me during vacation). For a 5-star resort I would’ve expected these amenities as these same amenities were offered at my previous hotel (1 Hotel South Beach). I clarified that this was indeed true and mentioned that none of this was on my booking when I booked online direct. Had it been mentioned I would’ve never booked. I felt completely misled. The front desk employee Sherene said she was happy to cancel my reservation but at this point had already charged over $1000 on my credit card which was on hold for a week. The hold eventually fell off but then they charged me a cancellation fee equal to one night’s stay which was not mentioned at the front desk. I was completely misled yet I have to pay the damages for it? I tried resolving the situation and left messages with the hotel operator Audrey for Sherene and I have yet to have her or the hotel reach out to address this issue. Very disappointing as I love Nobu Restaurant and still kept my reservation at the restaurant. My advice is BEWARE even when booking direct with this hotel. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
A Disappointing Stay and Sunglasses Stoeln From My Suite!

The room assigned was a Zen Suite 1035 and was quite lovely although overlooking the roof and parking lot. The ocean view beyond was excellent. The food in Nobu and Malibu Farms was quite excellent. Now, the reality: The public areas are all very worn dirty, torn fabrics, filthy carpets, elevators, dirty floors. Not befitting a so-called 5 star hotel. The entire property inside and out was just unkempt. After check in, we were not advised that there is no turn down service or replacement of towels. The phone system was not working at all so one had to wait in long understaffed lines sharing a desk with a larger hotel, the Eden Roc, to find out we were not informed of the hotel Covid policies. The Booking.com breakfast add on was completely unknown tot he staff and there was no breakfast room the first day as the primary venue had been closed since Covid so a kiosk was set up in the lobby. The whole experience was weird and off-putting. I was advised that the management team had been replaced and the hotel was undergoing a serious change and perhaps, a name change. The worst thing that happened was that I had requested two hypo-allergenic pillows to be brought to the room while I went to dine at Nobu. The pillows were delivered but the next morning, my $900 Gucci sunglasses sitting on the desk next to my laptop were gone. We tore the room apart and no glasses were found so I reported this to security who advised the only person to enter the room was the person who delivered the pillows and they clocked the stay in the room for 40 seconds. It does not take 40 seconds to drop two pillows on the bed. I am profoundly disappointed in this venue and shall never return. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
