Air conditioning was set at 5 degrees but yea it felt like 25 degrees. Asked for fan or cooler but neither was available. Staff offered a room change which was just opposite. Aor conditiong was a bit better but again the number os not correct. I set the ac at 5degree but but felt like 20-25. Food portion are of kids size! I'd rather order online and if possible avoid the stay. Bar staff was friendly though. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Relaxing and friendly environment

We enjoyed a drink in the lounge on our way to a function. The staff were very pleasant, helpful, professional and multilingual. Great selection of drinks and snacks. The in-house beer made from hops grown on the roof of the hotel was excellent and served in a very special glass. We can recommend this hotel. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Best Hotel we stayed at during our tour of France. Best Sleep!

Oct 28th, 2019

This was by far the best (although not the highest star) hotel we stayed in during our tour around France this year. The bed was so comfortable and perfect. I honestly think this is the only night we got a really deep good sleep. The room was really nice and I loved how the bathroom and toilet room are totally separated. The room also has a really nice big window that opens. The area of the hotel is really nice as well. The hotel inside is really a fun decor. Also the pool area is gorgeous. When I show people photos they are always saying how nice this hotel is. I'm honestly surprised this is only a three star hotel....like I said best hotel during our entire vacation! Next time I am in Lyon I am only saying here! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Perfect stop off on the way to Geneva

Aug 9th, 2019

Stayed here as a family of four - myself, my husband and two teenage boys. Wasn’t sure what to expect but we certainly weren’t disappointed. The room was lovely, clean and spacious - it was a suite on the second floor. There were lots of little useful extras in the room including a stocked mini bar (complimentary soft drinks and nuts), a jar of sweets as well as the usual toiletries plus some extras eg shaving kits. The staff were very friendly and the bar attendant even went searching for a local channel showing the Community Shield game which certainly pleased my eldest son. He also recommended a rather nice local rosè wine which didn’t disappoint. There are plenty of things to keep younger and older children entertained including a small swimming pool, fuse-ball and an arcade game. There was a good selection of food available at the dinner buffet and breakfast. Overall, the hotel was extremely clean and well maintained as well as being ‘pretty to look at’ inside. We didn’t venture out so can’t comment on the location in relation to the City Centre. We would most definitely visit again if coming to this area. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Gastronomic undelight

Jul 28th, 2019

I had booked a family room and we were given a fabulous suite on the executive floor, complete with lovely balcony which had 2 sun loungers! The size of the pool though was very disappointing considering the size of the hotel complex. It was tiny and with the temperature hitting 39, of course there was no room to swing a duck in there and you got constantly bombarded by kids jumping in. There just seemed not enough staff to cope all round, which seemed to make the overworked ones on duty quite grumpy. Only Wilson at reception was up to par, while the chap at the bar was a hero trying to cope on his own. Room service took an hour to respond, the breakfast was poor and one look at the evening buffet made me turn away - it cost 22 euros. I wouldn’t have had that for even 10 euros. The tram which runs nearby was down so it had to be a bus ride to the nearest metro Debourg- or a tough 15 min walk in the heat. To eat, we had to stroll to a couple of good pizza and burger places nearby. So overall, room fantastic but service and facilities not up to scratch. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
