Incredible views from the roof, that is really the main attraction of OLV. The hotel is also well located close to the beach and the Lagoon which has great paddleboarding and kayaking. The staff was top notch, very attentive and well equipped to handle the new normal in the COVID era. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Wonderful all adult boutique hotel

The staff is the best. The rooms are unique and well appointed. The bathrooms are amazing with two+ adult fun showers in gold with a view. By far the most unique hotel I have ever stayed in in my 52 years of traveling. You will not be disappointed. The views of the lagoon from our balcony were better than New York or Miami. This is a very nice hotel overall. We were upgraded to an Infinity Suite which has an awesome balcony overlooking the lagoon! The room is as pictured. There are several odd things about the room. I'm sure when they decided on the lighting switches it all sounded awesome but it's not the best setup, it would be nice to have more control of the lighting. We were on the 5th floor and there are no blinds for the bathroom which is an issue because there is a whole wall in the shower that is glass. We only used the nightlight when it was dark out. The room is large and most of it is taken up by seating instead of having enough storage space. The seating by the pool area/jacuzzi needs to be replaced. Cushions are torn and because of the solid metal frame the cushions can't drain when they get wet. Overall it's a nice place and it is beautiful and it's pricey. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

The hotel itself is gorgeous but expensive. The rooms and the infinity pool, jacuzzi and rooftop are all awesome. But it lacks the essentials. Our first room was Standard, but due to a broker shower door we got upgraded to a Presidential Suite which was even more lovely than the Standard; but this room was located right on top of the restaurant below and the music was very loud and I felt every beat, was frustrating (lucky they end at 11:00 pm on the dot) and also the shower door was a bit off, but usable; the Standard room has no place to plug in your electronic devices, but the Suite does (not many, only two). There wasn't much to do outside the hotel beside the beach. There was only one person at Reception that was very respectful and pleasant to talk to. The others were stuck up. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Just stopped to have drinks at the bar

Great bar, helpful bartenders and gorgeous setting. 2 minute walk from Ashford Ave and the beach. I would definitely stay here, but loved the bar. One of us had a martini that was perfect, believe it had pineapple in it. The other one had a champagne cocktail. Will go back here again and again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
