The staff are very helpful and friendly, the location is great, the rooms are clean and up to date, plenty of convenient parking. The only draw back is you can hear everything your neighbors are doing in the rooms around you. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Don't waste your time and money

We stayed last nite for a weekend getaway. I chose this location because it had beach access across the street. We donned our bathing suits and flip flops and headed across the street to find the beach steps cordoned off. We asked the front desk clerk what was up and she said they were dredging the beach. I was livid. I could have stayed at a bigger, nicely appointed, free breakfast hotel for half the price that was actually closer to the beach! The locals we talked to said that dredging is known well in advance. Had they just been honest when I made the reservation last week, we would have postponed our trip. They didn't offer us a discount or an apology. In my humble opinion, they fraudulently touted beach access knowing full-well there was not going to be any! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Good first stay!

Smaller than I thought it would be and no elevator, but everything else was up to standard. It offers a nice pool area, plenty of parking, and it's close enough to drive into St. Augustine, but far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle of the traffic. The view of the ocean from the balcony is nice once the traffic and noise settles down on A1A. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Old and tired

This app lace is straight out of 1983. The hotel is old and dated. The beds are hard as a rock. There was no indication of any COVID 19 protocols. The TV remote wasn’t bagged to tell us if it were cleaned. We were not made aware of any place to buy snacks or a drink. The bathroom was DEPLORABLE. See the attached pictures. Who considered this clean? Bring this to the GM’s attention. The sink has an old school rubber stopper, as does the tub. We chose this hotel for its beac front location. We paid the hire price thinking we’d get a beac facing room, nope. I will not stay there again. Customer service was abysmal and the room was gross. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Anniversary get away

It's a nice small place. We had a great view of ocean. Justin and Spencer were great, very helpful in making us fell welcomed and recommending places to eat. Access to the beach was great as well. Will stay there again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
