Jose is the best. He took care of us all trip. We loved him. I definitely want to come back. He accommodated our group of 12 every chance he could with reservations, drinks and food. I was the only one in my group who doesn’t drink and he didn’t forget about me bringing nonalcoholic drinks. Make sure you see him when you are there! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We spent 4 days vacationing at the Omni hotel and resorts. The service was excellent, the staff was amazing! The event coordinators were fun and entertaining. Jose Martiniano our server was AMAZING! He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and kept us very hydrated:). I highly recommend this resort. The food was very good and dinner in the beach was so mesmerizing. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Great, but pools close WAY too early

The hotel is beautiful and luxurious and the staff are so friendly and helpful. All of the restaurants are great, we didn’t have a single bad meal. It’s right on the beach with 2 different pools, a taco and sushi bar, and 2 swim up pool bars. In my opinion, the best restaurant is the Pina Colada on the beach. My only complaint, and it is a significant one enough that I probably wouldn’t go back to this hotel, is that the pools close at 6pm. So if you want a late dinner and would rather spend your day in the pool or want to do a night swim, this is unfortunately not the hotel for that. We were very disappointed with that, especially because the ocean waves were too big to allow for ocean swimming while we were there in August. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
1 week of fun in the sun!

This was our second time at the OMNI CANCUN. Last year my partner and I came for our anniversary and it was so fun! The service here is wonderful, we go to Cancun every year in the summer. We usually opted out for different hotels every time we come to Cancun because we just don't get the service from the staff that makes us feel welcomed. NOT at the OMNI hotel, the major reason we came back for a second time was because of the amazing service we receive from EVERYONE. Not a single person was rude to us and always made me feel welcomed and at home. We saw some familiar faces that made us come back for example ORLANDO from the asian restaurant, he was also the bartender for the night club. The club needs to be advertised more because its super fun but I felt like no one knew so there was a few people every night. Orlando was the main reason we came back from last year. He was the first server we interacted our first day there , he used to work at the pool bar and let me tell you he was FAST and super attentive!! For this Cancun trip, I want to thank norma the front desk person for being so accomadating while checking in. ENRIQUE at Davinci for a wonderful dinner experience. ULISES, FABIAN, JORGE at the Pina colada for always being friendly and attentive. ANTONIO at the lobby bar, he is so nice! and finally RUBEN SANCHEZ from the Pina colada restaurant. Ruben hands down was amazing from beginning to end. He always made sure we were okay even when he had a huge party and more tables to attend. He welcomed criticism and made sure the food and drinks were up to our liking if not he would replace it and that made me feel so good! I'm usually so shy that I will still eat things even though I do not like it but he made sure every time we dined with him that we all had a great time. He is by far my favorite employee there, for my partner it would be between him and Orlando haha. We will definitely be back just because of the service alone!!! My family want to know that these employees really made the trip for us!! I hope management see's this and gives them the kudos they deserve. ***side note: my only complain would be that they change the policy of having to go to davinci to reserve a table from 2-3pm everyday. Last year the concierge was able to book reservation for each day which I felt was a better and provided a less stressful experience.
