Outstanding Hotel in All Respects

We stayed here for one night on our way back home. First of all, our check-in was touch-less and ready early. Secondly, this is one beautiful hotel & property. Thirdly, the Tap Room was a convenient place for a meal and the service was excellent. Fourthly, it was clear that the hotel was observing all kinds of safety precautions. Good - only small issues

Good overall, they are trying during a difficult time. Was surprised at the lack of signage to the restaurant, minimal staffing so if you want to eat you need to wait. Next morning patio still littered with straws and sticky food. Really needed to be hosed off. Staff very helpful and friendly. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Extra service during a challenging trip

I was booked at Omni Interlocken for three nights at the end of July, beginning of August. After my first night i experienced a broken ankle while hiking in the mountains and was hospitalized. Omni agreed to cancel my second and third nights and reschedule for later in the week. When my hospital stay was extended the again agreed to cancel and reschedule for just one night. they also agreed to change me to an accessible room because of my medical status and even moved my belongings to the room in advance. When i arrived they provided me with a wheelchair to get me to and from the room and helped me immensely as I made preparations to return to my home in St. Louis. I cannot than you enough for your patience and assistance. I will definitely return. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

My family of 4 stayed for 6 days in July. There was a traveler who destroyed a room up on the 10th floor and water leaked throughout all of the floors through the ceiling. Our original room was to be an adjoining room with our children. We had to move through no fault of the hotel staff. But we were moved to two separate rooms and charged more than our original amount of being in an adjoining room. We were told we would be moved back to an adjoining room and that never happened. Then, the room that my husband and I were in had a toilet that never worked. We had to manually put water in the tank to flush it! We asked multiple times to have it fixed and they came once that i know of...never fixed! Then neither our kids or us ever received housekeeping services. We had to use our own trash bags and set them out in the hallway to get someone to come get them. We had to call to get TP. It was ridiculous. So, we sent an email to Corporate, they referred it to the main hotel at Broomfield. We received a call from the Manager, Kevin yesterday to mend this situation. Instead of giving us our room fee back for our room that had a toilet that NEVER worked. He offered us 4 days of our one hotel room stay returned. This was completely disappointing. Why should i have to pay for a room that i had to clean myself and manually fix the toilet every day of our 6 day stay?! We would have left and went somewhere else, but were 15 hours from home. I think OMNI hotels in general are very nice, but this one needs help right now. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Great staff, rooms could use an update

The staff here is fantastic. Helpful, friendly and clearly doing their best in a difficult time. The property is great. Pools are clean and nice. The lobby and restaurant areas are also very nice. My complaint is really just limited to the condition of the room. The carpet is old and kind of gross.. The bathroom smelled of mildew upon arrival and just got worse over time. In the hallway there were several blowers, apparently to dry out some sort of flooding, making noise all day and night. There seems to be construction happening on the floor above us. The phone didn't work at all. Its time to renovate. I can't recommend this hotel without some serious updates. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
