Good location

Aug 5th, 2019

We arrive at this hotel by walk from the train station which took us 10 to 15 minutes. The hotel is at the center which is really appreciated. However, when we arrived, the room wasn't cleaned completely and didn't offer any beverage or mug and glasses. The hotel doesn't really look like in the pictures. We only stayed for one night so it was okay wouldn't recommend for a long term. The receptionist was nice! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Fab location

Jul 4th, 2019

Great stay at hotel pacific, it was on the small side but very clean and had everything you needed. The location was great to the square and all the shops, and an irish bar close by. Onlyy thing was you would walk past the door of this hotel as its just a normal glass door with not many signs areound it! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Oh Well

Nov 15th, 2018

This is just another overpriced Brussels hotel exploiting supply and demand of rooms in Brussels town center for profit. That said however, if you happen to end up here at a price you can afford, the hotel is clean and the facilities are new. I have to give it 3/5, instead of the 4/5 that it might have deserved because my bed actually had a slope on one end that forced me to change positions all night. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Bad Management

Jul 10th, 2018

I arrived to the hotel at 1pm with 3 pieces of luggage and had to wait outside the until the manager came back from lunch at 3pm. Less than one day prior, the reception emailed to say no one is at reception from 12 noon until 3pm. By the time I got the message from my employer who got it from her travel agency, I was already on my way to the hotel. Secondly, “no one at reception” is far from “we lock our doors” as nearly all hotels have a bell service to collect your bags in the majority of cases when people arrive before check-in time. When I told the management I had been there since 1pm he shrugged off the experience by reminding me I was informed. He was far from interested. As for the hotel room, it’s just a bed, toilet and shower. Nothing else. The side lamp was broken and flashed like a 90’s strobe light, the floor around the toilet was urine stained (plastic but clean), the plastic plumbing in the shower leaked dramatically, and the sink faucet had some substance smeared on it which I washed off. The location is great, but for the nonsense you have to deal with, the savings should be greater. Spend $30 more and go to the Marriott or Novotel next door. At least you’ll get all your money’s worth and a bit of customer service. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Good position

Nov 15th, 2017

The hotel is in a good position close to the grand place. The hotel has not a lobby. Only when the reception is open it is possible to access directly to the pacific cafe. Breakfast is ok even if not included. The room was not adequate to the price. No hairdryer. No slippers. The room and the toilet are not separeted. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
