Very nice, very clean, friendly staff. Smoke free. 3 craps table a virtual one where you sit and bet however actually throw the dice and 2 others with dealers. THe tables are not too bouncy. They provide sanitizing wipes at the slot machines. Buffet was good, they have a wok so you can create your own meals. They have soups, salads, sushi (spicy tuna has a kick), cakes. I just finished four nights at the palace and this is my third stay in the past few years. so many great things about this hotel, but it needs to be brought up to par. One of the nights we stayed was $400 and I expect a certain level of amenities for such a rate. Non-smoking casino is definitely a plus. I got a deluxe room with a view and I would say that it wasn’t much bigger than a normal room; the bathroom was quite small the bathtub is not anything you can soak in although it’s not advertise is such. I would definitely recommend you bring your own toilet paper and towels and your own pillows because the ones that we had were horrible. When I contacted management, George, the response was why didn’t you ask for better? OK so how am I supposed to know to ask for a better? you should already have better if it’s available. The pool is a definite selling point for me it’s a great location you can order drinks and food from the bar and it’s decent. But they do have it posted the kids are not swimming at 8:30 and no one made any attempts to ask kids to honor this and leave during that time. When we came down at 8:30 specifically for adults only swimming my husband tried to get their attention and towels that everyone was too busy sitting around on their iPhones . I’ll make mention that I spent a lot of time at the pool during this four-day trip and not one time did I see a management personnel walk by to make sure that everyone was doing what they were supposed to or that everything was going smoothly. And honestly as a hotel patron I don’t want to be on my phone contacting management telling people how to do their jobs that’s not what I’m therefore I’m there to relax and be on vacation. Makenzie at the pool was very helpful during the daytime on several days as well as our wait person but I’m sorry I can’t remember her name. When we left the area it had not been cleaned up as the reviewer before me mentioned. There are just too many staff members sitting around doing nothing at the end of the day and on their phones ! Other times the pool wait staff went above and beyond.also a few times the elevator banks didn’t have hand sanitizer it was either completely missing or not full and I think that’s a small thing and very easy to keep up with. George mentioned that he would get back with me to try to offer something to alleviate some of this but of course I never heard back. This hotel has so much potential could easily be a four-star hotel instead of a three. Sad. I’ve been all over the world to the Dominican Republic, to the Baja Peninsula to playa Del Carmen and if you would asked me before this trip where my hands down favorite place was this would’ve been it. We normally stay at The Palace when we visit Biloxi since they have a no smoking policy and the resort is always so clean. We had a pretty normal trip like usual. Our room was very clean and sanitized. The casino floor and games were very clean and all employees and people around were wearing masks. The breakfast buffet was very clean clean, food was fresh, and employees were very nice. Had two issues this visit that knocked it down from the normal. - We brought our kids this trip and swam until the normal 8:30 time for adults only. We got out and walked over to Wahoo to grab supper. Could not get a soul to wait on us. I kept trying to flag the staff down and kept getting ignored. Finally I walked up to the bar and asked what was going on. The guy tells me they close at 9 and probably the servers are ready to go. Upset me we waited 20-25 minutes for nothing but I should have figured it was something like that. - Took the kids swimming before we left Sunday morning when the pool opened so they could get an hour in. The pool area, chairs, everything was just disgusting! Fruit, bottle caps, paper, straws, trash, cups, spilled drinks, dirty towels, etc. It was like someone threw a party and forgot to clean up. This is what peeved me honestly. Your asking me to pay what I payed for the room and see that the next morning. It was a total joke. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Booked on another site had to cancel because of concert cancellation due to coronavirus...Palace did not receive cancellation from 3rd party site therefore charged us for one night-no show...We decided just to cut our losses and let it go. We certainly have no intention to stay here due to virus precautions and event cancellation. I can only presume they are so hard up for money since the virus they have to use Unethical practices...it’s ok I figured I just gave to the benevolent fund for its employees...hopeful that Stephanie the helpful manager gets a little....The Palace needs to keeps her and her customer service skills to cold heartedly deal with guests ...only the strong and kind will survive. We will never stay here again. We aren’t all in this together when comes to the Palace...there’s too many fun hotels in Biloxi...in the main area. Don’t hide away like a loser on a side street with the Palace. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
NON SMOKING.... Halleluja

This casino is all non-smoking. This is amazing and we were overjoyed. Usually, my time is limited in a casino due to smoking. I didn't feel rushed to get out. I could breathe. There were plenty of machines available. Staff was courteous. Service is a bit slower but we were at a casino in a pandemic so it is expected.
