Last-minute, 24 hours in Roma

This hotel welcomed us weary travellers with open arms this weekend. Having encountered a forest fire en route to the airport for our scheduled flight departure, we ended up missing our flight and having to make last minute travel and accommodation plans for a group of 2 families - 4 adults, 4 children. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, giving both our 2 rooms an upgrade to a junior suite which we appreciated immensely in our exhaustion. Not to mention that the children were over the moon! We enjoyed smiley and generous service from everyone we encountered, great restaurant recommendations, fabulous help with finding taxis and booking our return airport transfers. We were even allowed a quick swim in the pool at the end of a long days sightseeing although the hours meant it was already closed. But above all the kind staff searched high and low for our daughter's missing special soft toy and not only found it, took a picture to identify it and have arranged for it to be couriered back home. Fabulous service, so friendly and genuine. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Despite reservations surrounding us actually getting to Rome this year due to Covid, my wife and I were lucky enough to go. Travel restrictions aside , what with masks having to be worn etc we had an amazing time as usual. We’ve stayed in hotels on Rome’s outskirts before and in other hotels a stones throw away from The Palazzo Naiadi but nothing compares to this hotel . The experience of staying here keeps us coming back year after year and making new memories. This is luxury on an epic scale .It’s got a roof top pool......I mean .....come on !!!! We can’t wait to go back next year . Thanks for making our stay so special TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
An amazing experience for a very fussy customer!

I travel a lot and I am used to staying in lovely 5* hotels, I never take the time usually to leave a review but this stay was so fantastic I have to call out some amazing customer service. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble. Our room with a view was stunning, the rooftop pool was lovely after a hot day of sightseeing and the breakfast was plentiful and excellent. The reception staff helped us with restaurant reservations and tour bookings, they helped us get about and made great suggestions on what to do and where to go. Thanks to Gemma on reception, Oanna at breakfast, Kane by the poolside and Francesco out front. All delivered outstanding service and treated us like royalty, addressing us by name every time they saw us. Fantastic hotel. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Don’t book for the pool. Otherwise a great hotel.

This is a lovely hotel with excellent service. The rooms are great, and the staff are absolutely lovely But because of coronavirus restrictions the pool is not a great experience. It involves an awkward and odd system to regulate only a very few number of people. ***The pool is only open 11am to 6pm*** I booked this hotel specifically for the pool but wish I had saved my money and booked somewhere else. There is also a similar system for the gym: you need to book one of a few very limited slots at inconvenient times. So if you don’t care about the pool and gym I would recommend this hotel. But definitely manage your expectations on the pool! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Fantastic hotel and wonderful staff

I stayed at Palazzo Naiadi for 3 nights with my husband and 2 children and we could not have been happier. The hotel is beautiful, in a good location, with great facilities and professional, prompt, helpful, smiley and welcoming staff. The bedroom was beautiful, fully equipped with anything one could possibly need, bathrobe and slippers, minibar, safe, hairdryer and has Aqua di Parma toiletries which was a lovely touch. All lights and curtains are operated by a panel near the bed, which is very convenient. Breakfast was excellent, vast choice, well cooked and decent breakfast times (7.30 until 11am) which made a big difference as we were staying up late and it was nice to have a sleep in and not miss out on it. The only negative I would mention (which is not necessarily an issue, can be avoided and an annoyance I found in every single hotel we have stayed in) is that the laundry prices are astronomical. We had been travelling through Italy with 2 kids for 10 days prior to arriving in Rome and it was the first stop longer than 1 night so the only place we could get it all done. For 2 washing machines full of cotton items, €350+ is a little extreme! Laundry aside, we had the most amazing stay and will certainly go back and recommend it highly. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
