Quiet part of Venice

Feb 26th, 2020

Lovely modern hotel. Located on the vaparetto line 2 and 6. Very easy to get to from St Marks and the main train station. The hotel is in a residential area and close to a good supermarkets to get water/milk/snacks etc and foodie gifts. The breakfast was great and were happy to accommodate my coeliac husband. (They cooked him separate bacon and eggs and even provided bread-we did take our own sandwich bags for the toaster). The restaurant next door (Okie) had a plentiful Gluten Free menu as well as regular foods. The rooms were a good size, the shower is brillant, and there's a kettle. Wifi was fine. The location may look on the map to be far away from the Grand Canal. But its an easy 5-10 minute amble to Accadamie stop. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We returned yesterday night from Venice. We stayed at Palazzo Veneziano for 4 nights and had an amazing experience. The staff was very professional and friendly, the room beautiful, very clean and comfortable. In the morning, at breakfast, Lucia and Hassan were very helpful and friendly with us. The reception staff was amazing as well, they arranged a free trip for us in Murano, at the glass factory. We had a fab time and we are happy we choose this hotel. 🙂 TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Good but not great

Feb 21st, 2020

My partner and I checked in today to the Palazzo. First impressions were great. Right on the waterfront, beautiful entrance and bar at reception. The magic of Venice was strong. After checking in and being given our vouchers for Prosecco on arrival we made our way to the room. For a hotel of this standard I would expect bags to be taken to the room for you and for the Prosecco to be served at the bar or brought to the room, we couldn’t get the Prosecco until after 3:30. Our carnevale masks were waiting for us in our room, as nice as they are one was broken. While the hotel is exceptional looking it’s the little touches and service which may seem small but make the difference between 4* and 5* and definitely between recommending the hotel and returning to it. Superb Hotel

Feb 3rd, 2020

I was very impressed with nice ,romantic bed and clean, spacious bathroom. Room was very big when I compared with other city's hotel in Italy. Free Breakfast was very various with lots of healthy choices. Water bus stop was just 1min away from hotel and Train station was 20mins walking distance away. Very convenient location and not so crowded in front of hotel. Also there was big super market next to hotel. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. I really enjoyed my staying. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
