Great family vacation spot

Feb 11th, 2020

There is a lot of things to do for everyone of all ages. Nice selection of pools and just steps away from the ocean. The living accommodations make it feel like home. Grounds are kept up nicely and staff is very friendly. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Relaxing Break Away

Feb 11th, 2020

Singer island is just a bus ride away from Palm Beach. Picked up the public transportation out front of the hotel to explore the city of Palm Beach. Easy walk to the mall to eat on Singer Island. Handy location. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Have stayed here several times and LOVE IT

Feb 10th, 2020

I've been lucky enough to stay here several times over the last few months while being onsite with clients. This property is great. The rooms are spacious and mine has had a wrap around balcony with a view to both the ocean and the neighborhood across the street that also has ocean access. The staff is very helpful and courteous, the restaurant and bar staff is friendly and familiar with good food and drinks. I highly recommend this place and will actually be staying here again this month. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Excellent location, attentive staff.

The Palm Beach Singer Island boast spacious suits ideal for a family vacation. Our family of 5 stayed in a two bedroom suit. Bedrooms had ample space each with a private bath. The master bathroom is exceptionally large. The common living space was generous and well equip with a kitchen convenient for making breakfast and lunches. The convince of an in-room washer/dryer cannot be understated when traveling with kids. The resorts facilities were fantastic. We enjoyed spending time both pools. Unfortunately, during our stay waterslide at the lagoon pool was closed for renovations. The hotel provided an inflatable slide during that time. The kids really enjoyed swimming and sliding. The concierge provided a great recommendation for a private boat charter. We had a fantastic day exploring the intracoastal waterway, tubing and fishing. There are many great restaurants a short drive away from the hotel. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Not my favorite

Spent a week at this hotel and I wasn't overly thrilled with the Marriott stay. First of all, it's very expensive. I believe you can get a lower price booking through vrbo versus the Marriott website. We booked a 2 bedroom condo for around $700, heard others talking at pool they paid around $450 for two bedroom with better view. There were four of us that stayed in the 2 bedroom. Like the other reviews stated, they will only give you two beach chairs instead of four, and will charge you another $35 resort fee to get the other two chairs. Ridiculous. Also they give you two continental breakfasts, not four. Two of us only went down to eat the first day, because it was a joke. It appeared to be a nice set up (omelette, waffle station, etc. ). We were told that we had to upgrade for I believe another $15.00 a person to eat those selections. They pointed to a very small section of bagels, fruit and pastries that we were allowed to eat. Again, this is how they treat titanium members? The room was very nice and comfortable, but we are titanium Bonvoy members and they didn't have an upgraded room (king, king) that I requested upon check-in. On Saturday, I brought a prepaid UPS package to the front desk and it should have been sent out immediately. I called the company and they tracked the package and it didn't go out for 5 days. Five days!!! This is unacceptable. It was very important for me to get this package out! Upon leaving, two valet guys loaded our bags in the car. We get to the airport only to find out one of our bags was missing. How could they miss putting a bag into our trunk? We had to ask them to bring it to us, which they did, but it was basically a sh*tshow, we were almost late for our flight. I failed to mention that we spend $25,000 here with hotel rooms for business associates, conference rooms, etc. Booking everything was not easy, as it took several phone calls to get everything confirmed. It took forever for the hotel to call us back to get everything organized. Also, they tried to send up a nice thank you gift for having our event there (very small cheese plate and wine, but the bottle of wine they sent was a $10.00 bottle of wine. Seriously? This hotel was beyond cheap when it came to treating their guests. Will not be staying there again. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
