Location!

Jul 2nd, 2020

Palm Beach Shores has an amazing location. You can walk several yards from your room out to a private, uncrowded beach and sit under shaded, comfortable lounge chairs or you can get into the warm ocean water that is just two miles from the Gulf stream. The resort itself is pretty. The rooms are comfortable except for the couch. The resort restaurant has amazingly good food. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

ALMOST HEAVEN

Jun 30th, 2020

Wonderful STAFF; helpful, friendly , courteous -- this includes restaurant workers, beach-team, valet, bellman, and cleaning crew! COVID-19 compliant, fantastic room next to pool, but sound-proof, super clean, amazing views. nice layout with balcony. Kitchen has all you need. Publix delivers, local restaurants are $, but good and in walking distance. The resort food is great and the menu is flexible. Beach lounge chairs & umbrellas can be rented daily, hourly or weekly. I spent most of my time on the beach (sand is hot-hot-hot), water was wonderful. Wednesday mornings around 6:30am you can walk with the turtle volunteers. PLEASE, remember to keep your drapes closed after sunset so not to disorient the turtles. (PLEASE PEOPLE, don't smoke in your rooms.) Special thanks to Mitesh, Bloudy, Craig, Rashad, Michelle, Ashley, Tiffany, Ryan, and the great folks on the beach. I had an amazingly relaxing time and will return. Many thanks to you all for a perfect experience. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Spa

Jun 30th, 2020

During my recent stay at the Resort I booked a massage. The reception area of the “Spa” is outdated and dingy. Along with the selection of nail polish. The massage room is sandwiched between a gift shop and the workout room. The room itself is furnished with outdated massage beds and face cradles. There were ripped , thread bare King size sheets on the massasge table that were hanging on the dirty floor. I noticed while dressing that the towels that the Therapist left on the floor, after using them on me were stained. That place needs to be shut down! What an absolute disgrace! I’m reporting this to the Health Department. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great Vacation Spot

Jun 30th, 2020

This was our second visit to this resort. And We were very pleased again as we were the first time. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We received a great room with a beautiful view. Check in staff and manager were very professional and kind. They actually were able to get our room a little before check in time. Special thanks to Doreen at the pool, Jenny at the beach hut, Jermain and the rest of the valet staff and Ryan the tiki bar server. They all went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Staff was always professional and wore masks at all times during our interactions. Thank you for another great trip. We will be coming back again in September and can’t wait. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Lacking common sense

Jun 30th, 2020

My family has been coming to this resort for about twenty years, and it has been great until the last few. The hotel is beautiful. The beach is beautiful. The world’s best server, Lisa, works by the pool. However, I was the first person and ONLY person in the pool this morning and couldn’t lay on my raft. Yesterday I needed to go up to the room and the person working the towel hut was going to take my chairs when over half the pool chairs were EMPTY. I get it when the hotel is at full capacity but right now, with the pandemic, I doubt the hotel is half full. I feel that a bit of common sense should come into play when it comes to the rules that should apply during times besides these. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
