Overview
Palm Island Resort occupies a private island just off Union Island's eastern coast. Those staying in one of Palm Island's 43 guest rooms have access to five pristine beaches, numerous hiking and biking trails, a tennis court and a soothing spa. Guests bemoan the amount of effort it takes to get here, but say that the spacious island-themed guest rooms – complete with private terraces and spectacular views – and upscale amenities are worth the trek. Accessible only by boat, this exclusive enclave occupies its own jewel-like Caribbean island. The 135-acre property has just 43 guest rooms and cottages, so you won’t want for privacy here.
