Watch out for extra fees.

Sep 17th, 2020

I booked a room at the Sheraton because I had a free Marriott night that I needed to use. I decided to stay an extra night. The quoted prepaid rate was $88 a night. Which sounded great, but when I went pay my total was $144 for the two nights which included my free night certificate. Besides the taxes I had to pay a $20 per night hotel fee. The Sheraton is nice but its not that nice and the bed was super firm/ uncomfortable to top it off. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Unprofessional

Worst Stay Ever. At check in, the front desk clerk was snooty with me about it even though the hotel had agreed to waive the amenity fee ahead of time. On day two, the front desk made it a pain for me to acquire a simple plate for me to eat my leftovers (had to ask twice). Additionally, they would only provide plastic utencils, like the hotel doesn't have restaurants and banquet service! The last day of my stay was absolutely miserable and is the whole reason I'm writing this complaint: Starting at **8 AM** the housekeeping staff was incessantly knocking on my door. As a Titanium member, I had a 4PM checkout registered when I checked in (the attendant was even cognizant enough to update my keys for that). After the FOURTH time of dealing with houskeeping trying to rush me out of my room before even 1 PM, I called the front desk and complained. The front desk claimed that they would call and ensure housekeeping knew of my late checkout. At 3 PM, housekeeping ENTERED MY ROOM WITHOUT KNOCKING while I was on the phone and completely NAKED. Instead of immediately leaving after I said something, the staff member just stood there staring at me. What the $*@(?! When an unclothed guest **in their own room that they paid for and are still checked into** motions at you to leave, you leave! Finally, he got the hint and ran off to gossip about my misfortune with his coworkers (I could hear his excited shouting). Is there no professionalism at this hotel? TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Always good

This is one of our go to hotels when traveling to visit our daughter in CO. What a great place to stay with a great front desk team. I had some notes but lost them in our travels. Suffice it to say that there were no issues and we always enjoy our time here. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We chose this hotel strictly because of their pet friendly policy. It’s well located and we had a beautiful room (king suite). The staff were exceptional. Directly behind the hotel there are 100’s of bike and hiking trails. We had a wonderful stay and would wholeheartedly recommend and stay again! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Great customer service

Jun 4th, 2020

We stayed at the Sheraton Park City for a family ski trip in March. Check in was quick and efficient, and the staff was incredibly helpful with shuttle information and restaurants. The attendant in the VIP hospitality suite was incredible! Drinks were always stocked, appetizers and snacks were fresh. I don’t usually write reviews, but I was prompted to write because of the special circumstances of COVID. We had ski tickets to Park City on Sunday, and we had set up shuttle reservations. Within 5 minutes of PC closing down due to COVID, the hotel called to tell us that we should change our ski day to Deer Valley. About an hour later, Deer Valley announced their closure, and the hotel called us again. Talk about prompt customer service!! We ended up skiing at Sundance, a short 30-40 minute drive from the Sheraton, and we had a great day! We might have been the last tourists out of Park City as they closed the doors behind us! Where else can you get a cozy, well maintained Sheraton quality hotel in close proximity to the ski resorts for a very reasonable price? We will definitely be back to the Sheraton Park City!
