Nice hotel but rooms need refurbishment

We stayed here 2 nights before and after an Antartica cruise. The service was very good but the rooms need to be refurbished. The hotel was centrally located but we did not get a chance to walk about. We had lunch in the cafe which was good. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Perfect Beginning to Buenos Aires

This a truly a luxury hotel. Our room was spacious and inviting, clean-had all of the amenities we needed--except coffee maker. But, staff supplied that promptly. Hotel staff washelpful in all respects. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Nice Hotel; Good Location

Park Tower share facilities with the Sheridan Hotel & Convention Center. Pool and restaurants are in the Sheridan. Park Tower rooms large and comfortable. Checking in or out could be a long wait depending on the time of day. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER 

Best in BA

This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in BA. Every detail was taken care of and my suite was simply elegant. Breakfast buffet was delicious and even included caviar. Staff is all English speaking and very attentive. Wish I could have stayed another day! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Thinking of staying in this beautiful hotel... First, are you a Bon Voy member? If not, quickly sign up! If you are, book a club room FAST! The breakfast and happy hour is so worth it!!! For those gluten free they do have bread and the chef will prep a meat and cheese tray with gluten free bread for you. At breakfast ask the waiter right away as they are busy and it can take a bit. Right from walking in the doorman, reception and concierge are all so professional and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
