One of the great hotels in Luxor, in the center of Luxor, very close to Luxor Temple, nice room, very nice garden, very cool pool, old bar, romantic restaurants with delicious food, the staff is very nice. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Wonderful Stay
Dec 3rd, 2020
As always the Hotel made an exceptional effort to ensure that my stay was relaxing and memorable. From the monent I arrived the staff were incredibly helpful especially Mostafa on the Front Desk. It was especially pleasing that there had been a real improvement with the WiFi. I am looking forsward to my next visit. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Rooms are always clean with fresh bedding and towels daily. Breakfast lovely buffet, downstairs in the dining room, there is the outside dining is popular. All the staff at the Pavillon speak English and are so helpful. The gardens are beautiful and so peaceful to relax in. You can access the town via the rear entrance where you can catch the local bus or taxi. You can tell how much I love as go every year. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
A cut short stay
Apr 5th, 2020
We had one of our thrice-yearly stays in February and were booked there for 4 weeks, so obviously we like the place. As normal, we flit between here and the Winter Palace. Being February, we never had the air-con on at all. Being nominally on a low-carb regime breakfast was often eggs in their various freshly made forms, but interspersed at times with the local Foules Medames, Fiteer (Low Carb??? - NOT) and Felafel, that were amongst the more international buffet items. The wifi is the only thing I could criticise, but it's not just the hotel. The Egyptian ISP service is not fast in the first place, the hotel having recently been upgraded to the max 5mbps speed (I have 100 at home) But:- A - It's FREE (I'm Scottish) B - It's available all over, not just in reception areas, although if you are on the far edges of the pool area it could be described as patchy. We had to leave 11 days early due to Turkish Airlines and Egyptair stopping flights and only escaped because of the help from the hotel management. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
What a beutiful place on earth!! 2 Hotels!!

My wife Simona fell in love with the hotel, the garden, the bar, the cosy large lounge. We enjoyed very good food in the French Restaurant, in the International R., the Breakfast-Room, and near the pool, we had a good Barbeque in the IMPRESSING park in the evening. 12 gardeners keep this 140 year old "garden". ALL THE STAFF was very polite. The rooms were clean. Which was difficult after a (rare, twice a year) sandstorm on Thursday (our balcony was powdered). Attention = there are two hotels, Nil-front is Winter Palace, and 50 m to the left is an entry for Winter Palace Pavillon, in the Park to the left. All Guests share the lot. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
