Had a great 2nt stay. Rooms super clean and comfortable. I had a 1 bedroom suite and a family suite reserved. The family suite was amazing, definitly would reserve again for a good deal. The one bedroom was great except the view. I must have received the last room, it had view of top of parking garage. Enjoyed the bar and the pool area very nice. Wish I could have stayed a little longer to enjoy the amenities more. Already checking for future deals at this location. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Relaxing, upscale resort
Oct 28th, 2020
The grounds are beautiful, the 1 bedroom suite was excellent, short driving and even walking distance to anything you'd possibly need, safety protocols in place for COVID. The only minor letdown was not all of their restaurants are open on property, limiting your options for not leaving the resort for more food options. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. Great hotel, wonderful service, food and drinks! The room was very clean, The check in was quick. The front desk even recommended food options in the hotel. The fish sandwich was fresh and very good. There are specialty drinks on site as well. Great for families and couples. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

The hotel was great overall. They had a lot of great guidelines in place to stay safe and they were very nice. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I was extremely happy with this hotel and the room. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Dried Blood Sheets and Feces on Pillow Cases
Oct 22nd, 2020
I’m so disappointed because I like this Hyatt. But today, our suit had blood stained sheets. Feces on pillow cases. This is what my family and I encountered at my stay at the Hyatt Regency Orlando hotel. To make matters worse the housekeepers had serious attitude and upset because I asked for clean sheets and pillow cases. One housekeeper asked me “why was I asking for more sheets” WTH. So what if I did. The housekeeping supervisor called and was like oh well. The person who came to clean the room said “oops sorry I cleaned this room but didn’t see the blood, sorry.” My family and I spent more than 1-hour cleaning the suit, trying to stay safe. We actually upgraded from a regular room to a suit and ended up with a disgusting, uncleaned room with dried blood and feces. I mean it’s Covid-19 time... let me REPEAT COVID-19; that means low occupancy rates for hotels and a lot of unemployed hotel workers. This Hyatt actually had a big layoff a few months ago and several hundred people were laid off. You would think the employed hotel workers would try to do better. I mean the floor we’re on is practically empty, which means the workers have a lot of time on their hands to clean - clean - clean and ensure that the rooms are SAFE for guests, but they don’t seem to care. STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK ATTITUDE. I spoke with the manager Bobby (says he’s the manager/director) and although he was apologetic he seemed more concerned with checking in the guest in line than offering a solution. I’ve stayed here several times before but this is my last. The employees seem very unhappy and like they hate their job. There are a tons of great hotels in the Orlando area that would love my dollars and would treat me and my family with more courtesy. See the photos. We all just need to keep ourselves safe - safe. They ruined my family vacation. Not cool. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
