Resort stay with UNEXSO dive trip

May 9th, 2019

An older facility with clean, comfortable accommodations. Loved the upgrade to a suite with Nespresso coffee and fridge for sandwich 🥪 storage. Good WiFi connection. Nice water view balcony. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Housekeeping services great. 3 pools & bars to choose for relaxing after dive excursions.... would suggest more attention given by bar staff to those relaxing by the pools, if you wanted a drink you had to go get it ... woulda been nice to have been asked. Front desk staff were wonderful. Bar food average. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

The Best Hotel in GB

May 8th, 2019

Great reservation help on the phone. Very nice welcome on arrival. We received redecorated rooms as promised. The service in the resort and Sabor restaurant was excellent. Remember you’re on island time and you will be fine. Every service employee had great customer skills. This wasn’t always the case. Nice job everyone. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Friendly and welcoming place to stay!

May 8th, 2019

Had a wonderful week at Pelican Bay while down for a week of sun, suds and scrums (rugby). The room was excellent, the view of Bones Bar and the Flying Fish Restaurant (and canal) are beautiful, the walk to the Lucayan Market where we met daily with our fellow rugger's was 3 minutes door to door to any number of bars and restaurants, perfect location! Great Hotel at a Great Location

Apr 14th, 2019

Stayed here for 5 days before we checked into our condo. Located next to Lucaya Shopping area where there are many really good restaurants and lots of shopping opportunities. They have three pools, we used the one our room overlooked in front of the Sabor Restaurant. Our first two days it was a little windy and this pool was somewhat protected. Enjoyed the Sabor Restaurant for lunch and drinks by the pool. We had a queen bed in our room and it was very comfortable. Looks newly remodeled. Small refrigerator and coffee maker, and safe in room. Nice balcony opening up to courtyard with lots of beautiful tropical plants/trees. We were in main building behind office. Elevator was great. Grounds are beautiful. The buildings next to ours was being renovated, but we did not hear any noise or disturbance while we were there. Everyone was very friendly and always said hello when walking by. We ate dinner at the Flying Fish Restaurant located at the beginning of the property and it was good. Somewhat pricey and a limited menu. We enjoyed our dinner inside as it started to rain when we walked in. Ample parking on grounds. We were given parking pass during our stay, Also have a nice shop on premises for anything you may need or want during your visit. On the negative side - we went to their buffet breakfast. Very Pricey for what you get. $22/person is a little high, but the food was not good. It was not a good experience for us and I have read other reviewers with same thoughts. However, it was a great hotel and where it is located is a real bonus. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Good for business travel

If you are in Freeport for business this is the place to stay. Did not have breakfast there but my colleagues told me to stay clear of it. I stayed in a newly renovated room which I would highly recommend. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
