Oh my goodness don’t know where to start. This condo was horrible from the start. First off the door wasn’t even shut when we arrived. It was also rusty and part of the rubber piece was loose and hanging out. The bedroom window in the second bedroom was green and had mold growing in one corner. The bed was like sleeping on the floor. My husbands back has hurt every day we’ve been here. The plastic flower sitting on the dresser is filthy. The living room has a wonderful view but the furniture is horrible The couch and both chairs are so old. You sit wayyyy down and can feel the springs. Then there’s a really nice updated kitchen. But, has one dish towel. No dishrags or anything to wipe off stuff with. We call my beach getaways and they said only way u can switch rooms is to pay $179 cleaning fee AGAIN. Also might add there is dust over everything. I wiped the phone off and the dust rolled up. So we sure didn’t get our money’s worth with the first cleaning fee we paid. And there’s no guarantee that the other condo would be better. They wouldn’t let us see it before making a decision. So we are stuck with backaches daily and trying to make the best out of a bad situation. Would not recommend this condo to anyone till they get new mattresses and new furniture. We were looking for a place to stay with our toddler as a little get away. He was very excited to go to the beach and mostly the pool. Walked down to the pool and it was disgusting! Vomit (yes, vomit) and bandaids was floating in it. I understand that it is hard to keep sand and seaweed out of a condo's pool... but vomit. I called the manager to inform them of the vomit, and I was hung up on after only stating that statement. The room was horrible also. As soon as we came in, we wiped all the surfaces due to COVID. My Clorox wipe was completely covered in dust and dirt as though the tables and furniture was not even cleaned before! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

My husband, almost 2 year old and I desperately needed a trip to the beach once our stay-at-home orders were lifted and we were referred here and I was not disappointed. The condo we got was P5-1011 and it was lovely. It was stocked with a ton of supplies in the kitchen for cooking and bedding. Whatever we didn’t have we were able to make a quick trip to Walmart to get. We chose this one for the kids splash pad and it did not disappoint. Our little one loved it and I think my husband did too! My only concern but it’s not enough of a concern to make me not rebook is that there aren’t enough elevators. During rush hour you could be waiting from 30 minutes to an hour to get down. Just prepare yourself to have to go up to go down. Other than that everything was wonderful. I was very disappointed in this unit. The pictures must have been taken years ago. The unit is very dated! It smelled no matter how much Lysol sprayed. The blinds in the master bedroom were missing a slat and did not close properly. So much for sleeping late on vacation! The queen bed was on a double bed frame. I sat on the corner of the bed and it fell off the frame. The refrigerator was old and dented The stove was rusting on the outside. There was what appeared to be mold on the AC vent in the Master bedroom. To top it all off, there was a mask in the den when we checked in. Very disappointed for a Phoenix property especially for the price we paid. I have not reviewed a property before but this was beyond disappointing! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Very nice and accommodating place! The staff from Brett-Robinson (Who own the building and operate most of the rentals) was excellent. Be very wary when booking through another agency. We booked on VRBO and Keller Williams Gulf Shores Realty. Our unit was filthy and the Keller Williams agent was nasty to us, her maintenance/cleaning people they sent called us bad parents, and the list goes on. We demanded to vacate the unit with a refund and they complied. A Brett-Robinson employee was tremendously helpful in placing us in an available unit for about the same price and even waived parking for the ordeal. Absolutely wonderful! The unit we stayed in was clean and well-updated. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
