No refund for stay when cancelled due to Covid19

The family was unable to fly to the UK because of the Covid19 restrictions. It took the hotel two weeks to reply for a request of refund, but this was in the end fully denied. They will take your money but they will not provide any service for it. Better to avoid this place altogether. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We stayed here with my son for a father and son weekend, it is located in a quiet area and yet you are only a short stroll from the Epicentre of London. We strolled to Ollie&Steen for breakfast, takes about 20 minutes by foot, excellent for breakfast, I don’t care much for hotel breakfast as it is either overpriced or disappointing or often both. Rooms are good with a nice view, you need to go for the best rooms high with river view. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Definitively not the place to stay: not a convenient location. Our room was not cleaned during the 2 first days of our stay and we had to make a special request for it. The babybed was missing upon our arrival although we sent an email the day before our arrival to make sure. The breakfast room is too small compared to the number of rooms. Be prepared for queuing (and it was before Covid…) and then wait for your tea… TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

The hotel is a busines hotel, confortable and in a central position, the restaurant was very good and a nice good compromise between price and quality. Unfortunately the rooms don't live up to expectations, we booked a superior triple, but the room was a "small double", they added a "camp bed" and lifted the armchair that otherwise would not fit. I hope there was some trouble and the direction provided to put us in a double room, but they could have up-dated the rooms. I will definitely be back but will book separate rooms. customer service is terrible

we stayed in this hotel from 27th february 2020 to 29 th february 2020.The hotel charged 50 pounds from debit card on account of security,although we have paid full payment in advance. At the time of check out they assured me that the security will be refunded in 3-4 working days. Even after 40 days i have not received back the money and thay are always providing wrong information. Feeling cheated by the hotel. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
