The technology and cleanness of other hotel that have the same stars and are cheaper were way better but i would only recommend this hotel if you are getting the room with balcony apart from that i’d say m by montcalm is better TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

Helpful staff

Ended up here after a river boat cruise on a very wet and stormy evening. Tyrell was really helpful and his hospitality was much appreciated, especially as we were not guests. Thank you for for helping us to get a taxi. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

hotel of great standards

The whole hotel was clean and very modern the rooms did not disappoint. I had an amazing view of Big Ben, the London Eye and much more. The bed was comfortable and the room was filled with little gadgets. The staff were friendly and very helpful with any questions and room service. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We were on a family vacation. The hotel staff were great. The rooms were clean, very modern, excellent bathrooms. The staff in the Executive Lounge were awesome. The breakfast food selection was very good. Highly recommended. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

On A Slide Downwards....

Jul 13th, 2019

I've stayed here and the Riverbank many times over the past 11 years and always felt welcome and valued. This time from arrival to departure there was no real friendliness nor particular welcoming aspect to the stay. The room was poorly maintained i.e. no Nespresso capsules (had to ask and they were promptly delivered), tea and coffee not restocked, curtain not closing correctly due to damage, marks on walls. For half the price it would have been just acceptable but at over £200 per night it was not. There's plenty of competition in this price sector and Radisson need to up their game on this hotel. Certainly not 5*. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
