The Inn is beautiful, the grounds are tranquil and the location is ideal. We stayed in the cottage to accommodate our family during a weekend trip to tour the university. Deer and horses roam the wooded pasture and you can see the campus from the hilltop. What really made this boutique hotel stand out though was the exceptional staff. Garette was particularly friendly and accommodating. He is very knowledgeable about the history of Pratt Place and enthusiastically gave us a guided tour of the property. I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast for anyone visiting Fayetteville. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Quaint, quiet and beautiful

This beautiful inn is one mile from RazorBack Stadium. Nestled in the woods, each room is different with a fireplace in the room, a private balcony, enormous walk in shower, his and her jacuzzi, and breakfast delivered to your room each morning at the hour of your choosing. Garrett, and Jeremy were both helpful and made my stay so comfortable! The Inn is 130 years old and had been family owned for years until a real estate company purchase the Inn and Barn. Hundreds of fabulous parties and wedding have enjoyed the beauty and setting I found here. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We stayed at the Pratt Place Inn for my sisters birthday! They were so nice and handled some special requests for me! The inn is so beautiful and the room was spacious and comfortable! The fireplace added a wonderful touch to our celebration! The bathroom was so big and so beautiful! What a fabulous weekend! I will definitely go again! TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
Hard to beat in Fayetteville, AR

Just came home after spending three nights in the cottage at the Pratt Place Inn. Cozy old home, fully appointed with two bedrooms and two full baths. There is a good sized living, dining and kitchen area. A light breakfast is brought to the cottage each morning at a time you request. The staff was friendly and efficient. They did a great job of taking care of our needs. We got a tour of the Inn and a number of the suites. I would have no problem staying in anyone of them.......and there were deer each morning right outside our window. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER

We had a catered event in their Barn. It was a nice barn but the seating space was tight, the bathrooms were very small, and parking was all over the place with no designated parking. Overall is was nice but not excellent. TRIPADVISOR.COM USER
