The Prince Waikiki earns praise from visitors for its impeccably attentive service staff and cozy rooms. Travelers raved about the guest rooms, often describing them as spacious, eye-catching and very comfortable. All accommodations at the Prince Waikiki feature LCD Smart TVs, wireless internet access and minifridges. And since this is an all-oceanfront hotel, every room offers ocean views from its large windows. Perhaps the hotel's best quality though is its convenient locale; the popular Ala Moana Center and the Ala Moana Park are less than a mile from the hotel – an easy walk; plus the hotel offers shuttle service to Ala Moana Beach. The Prince Waikiki also receives praise for its on-site facilities (which include a day spa and a pool) and its expansive golf course, which boasts 27 scenic holes.

Honolulu Star Advertiser

Hawaii Prince Hotel Waikiki may be renowned for many things — having its own 27-hole golf course, for example — but one of the best is its unparalleled all-you-can-eat seafood buffet. ... Its third-story restaurant Prince Court is its own particular heaven for buffet lovers, with full-scale, endless offerings for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The crown jewel of Prince Court’s restaurant service is the seafood buffet, featuring a dazzlingly diverse array of dishes for the grazing.

This hotel is on the quiet side of Waikiki. There’s no beach in front, but it's about a 10-minute walk to Ala Moana Beach Park, a more local and less-busy beach than Waikiki.

While the first tee of the Arnold Palmer- and Ed Seay-designed Hawaii Prince Golf Club in Ewa Beach requires a shuttle of at least 20 minutes from the hotel, it's all worth it. Consider that Waikiki Beach, the marinas, shopping and restaurants of Honolulu sit right outside the doors of this two-tower, resort hotel.

The hotel is next door to the 76-acre Ala Moana Beach Park (and its half-mile beach), two minutes from the convention center, and a 15-minute walk from the heart of Waikiki. It's an excellent choice for business travelers as well as golfers, who will likely enjoy the hotel's golf course and academy.
